Linda always thought ahead and fulfilled the wishes before they arose. The communication was not only very friendly and personal, but above all proactive. When you enter the apartment, you never have the impression of living in the basement. Super spacious and lovingly designed. Everything you need for a few days in the Passau outback is available. The apartment is absolutely quiet and super clean. In addition to the good value for money, you also get personal communication with Linda. I'd love to come back.

Elisabeth's apartment is exactly as it looks in the photos – cozy and you immediately feel at home. It has everything you need: from pots to dishes to spices, you will find everything here. The location of the apartment is great! It is close to thermal baths, large cities such as Passau or Salzburg, and you have many opportunities to take walks. Elisabeth as a host was very accommodating and always quick and friendly with questions. Under the apartment, she runs her own tavern, where you can eat very tasty and at a good value. We really enjoyed the few days we were allowed to spend here and would be happy to come back! We would recommend it to anyone! Thanks again and best regards from us.

Beautifully decorated and renovated apartment in the City plaza, with beautiful views. Had all the mentioned amenities. Host was responsive and friendly. Guided for correction of number of guests as it effects city tax collection. Good area to enjoy natural beauty though a bit far from Lakes and big cities, so personal transport is must if you are planning to visit.

For the first time ever, and we are away every few months for a few days, the place was even more beautiful than in the photos (!!!) and that means something! We have now finally found the perfect place to relax and can highly recommend it to anyone who wants to clear their head and recharge their batteries. Christian M. fits perfectly with the whole structure, he is almost himself as the place deeply relaxed and always accessible and helpful, he even showed us how to get the stove to work because we are not so familiar with the modern things and he answered every question with a smile :-) Christian M. fits perfectly with this perfect place!!!
