A beautiful accommodation in a historic building with all the amenities in the middle of a large fruit and rose garden. Located in the middle of Spitz as a starting point for hikes and good food. The hosts are more than local and available for any questions. We had a wonderful stay and will be back for sure!

We stayed here at xmas eve. Everything was perfect, location is awesome, located 50 km off Wien, but so cozy and silent. Real austrian village with alpine spirit. Definitely will stay here in future:)

Catharina’s house is one of the most lovely places we’ve ever stayed! The moment we opened the door, we were amazed and felt right at home. It looked even better than the photos! The house is located in a private and quiet neighbourhood, with wonderful views of the mountains. A large supermarket is conveniently located less than minutes away by car. The kitchen had everything we needed, including some basics for cooking, which was very helpful. The smart lighting system took a bit of time to get used to, but all was fine. Catharina was very kind and responsive if there were any questions :) Hope to return one day to enjoy another stay here!

A great place to stay! Christian welcomes us to his house after a long day on the bike. The place was beautiful an the little spa, with sauna and pool, more than we could have wished for. It is super easy to reach and a super market is also close by. Top!

We stayed at George’s place for five days and had a wonderful experience. The room and its surroundings are just as shown in the photos—if not more beautiful in person. One of the highlights was watching the sunrise from the window; it felt like witnessing a live painting come to life. The area is serene and peaceful, making it an ideal spot for relaxation or focused work. George is, without a doubt, the best host we've ever encountered. He cared for us like family and was always ready to help with anything we needed. We also formed a sweet bond with his gentle and calming cat. We highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a warm, tranquil, and picturesque retreat.

Was a very nice home in the Austrian countryside. Came here after a long bike trip and it was a perfect cozy getaway. Home was clean and well-prepared, beds were also extremely comfortable. Great host as well.

We had a wonderful stay at Dajana’s property. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it perfect for our family. Dajana and her husband was an excellent host—kind, responsive, and accommodating. The location was convenient for exploring Vienna, and we felt truly at home during our stay. Highly recommend staying here, and we would love to come back in the future!
