Enjoy the central location in Mondsee near the lake with mountain views. Relax on the balcony or sauna, use the fully equipped kitchen or explore the mountains and lakes. Ultra-modern e-bikes are available. Mondsee or a bathing place is a 5 minute walk.

Limewood 13 Apartment Mondsee

The high-quality apartment for 1-4 people is located on the ground floor of our family home. In summer time it is naturally fresh. It has a bright living-dining area with a couch and TV element. The large bedroom offers a 180 cm box spring bed and an included private bathroom. The smaller bedroom has a 140 cm box spring bed. There is another bathroom with shower/toilet. The small but nice kitchenette offers best comfort.

Old town apartment with terrace in Hallein

Our guest apartment is on the second floor of an old town house in the heart of Hallein and offers a nice view of the pedestrian zone. Shops, bakeries, cafes, ice cream parlors and restaurants with beautiful gardens are practically at your doorstep. The medieval salt and Celtic city of Hallein is considered the “little sister” of the cultural city of Salzburg, which can be reached by S-Bahn in approx. 20 minutes.

Diese liebevoll gestaltete Maisonette mit überdachter Terrasse und großem Balkon wurde 2022 komplett neu errichtet und bietet dir alles, was du für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in den Bergen brauchst. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Obertraun in unmittelbarer Nähe zum malerischen Hallstättersee sowie dem Einstieg in das Dachstein-Krippenstein Skigebiet und ist auch bequem per Bahn erreichbar.

The apartment is located on an farm right in the middle of Salzkammergut on the picturesque Mondsee Lake. The children-friendly accomodation serves as a perfect starting point for families for various excursions and trips in the MondSeeLand region as well as in Salzkammergut. Pool, new wellness area with with sauna and infrared cabin for your use. Tourist tax is €2.40 per person/day aged 15 and over.

Der neue, in traditioneller Architektur errichtete Holzblock Bau, mit Schafwolle gedämmt, befindet sich in den idyllischen Seen und Salzkammergutgebiet Nähe des Salzburgrings. Die Bushaltestelle Richtung Salzburg oder Bad Ischl ist in nur 7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Von hier aus können Sie im ca Halb Stunden Takt alle Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Ausflugsziele antreten.

'dasBergblik'

The vacation home dasBergblick is situated in a quiet location and offers plenty of feel-good atmosphere with direct views of the Hoher Sarstein. The Ausseerland lakes and the "Loser" ski resort are a few minutes drive away - snowshoe hikes, walks and bike rides are possible directly from the house. We can accommodate up to 4 people.

Bergzeit Gosau

Our vacation home with sauna and hot tub is located in beautiful Gosau am Dachstein in Upper Austria. The entire width of the living room is glazed and offers a stunning view of the Gosaukamm. The discreet kitchen in the living room has everything you need for cooking. The spacious bedroom can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.

The apartment is located on the outskirts of Mondsee in a quiet location, 10 minutes' walk to the center and lake. In the immediate vicinity are a shopping facility (Billa), a café and a pizzeria. The festival city of Salzburg can be reached in 20 minutes by car, with bus connections several times a day.

We are right in the center and yet quietly located. The Sound of Music Chapel (Basilica) is nearby. The location is the perfect starting point for a perfect as well as athletic vacation. Our 3 new apartments were built in sustainable construction in winter 2022/2023.
