In winter, you can reach the ski resorts of St. Johann in Tyrol, Kitzbühel and Waidring-Steinplatte within 10-15 minutes drive, as well as Ellmau, Fieberbrunn-Saalbach-Hinterglemm in 20-25 minutes drive. In summer there are numerous beautiful hikes for families or experienced hikers in the surrounding mountain landscape. Bus stop nearyby.

Dem Namen zum Trotz („wee“ – schottisch für „winzig“) ist die moderne Ferienwohnung mit 120 m² alles andere als klein. Sie verfügt nämlich über drei Schlafzimmer für je zwei Personen, wovon zwei jeweils mit Boxspringbetten ausgestattet sind. Im dritten Schlafzimmer befinden sich zwei Einzelbetten. Der große Wohnbereich bietet genügend Platz für einen Spieleabend sowie eine gemütliche Couch zum Relaxen nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag in den Tiroler Bergen.

Lakes, swimming pools, playgrounds, gondolas & downhill possibilities can be reached either by bike or with a short drive. In winter, the cross-country ski trail is right around the house and is accessible by walking. Ski touring or downhill skiing is also reachable within 5 minutes by car.

The kitchen-living room has a dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob and oven, extractor hood and fridge with freezer. There are also electrical appliances such as coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
