This modern cabin is located in the Semmering UNESCO world heritage area of Semmering. The first mountain railway in the world was built 1854 and is still in service. You have stunning views from the house, constantly you can observe the changing moods of nature and see how light is sculpting the rocks and ridges of the Atlitzgraben. One feels like being included in a painting of Caspar David Friedrich... There are plenty of possibilities for walking, skiing and mountain biking.

The tiny house is located on a quiet side street. The forests and the mountains await you. In the morning, you can lace up your hiking boots right outside the front door and set off on an exploration tour. Numerous hiking trails await. For those who prefer to travel on two wheels, there are well-developed bike paths that meander through the picturesque surroundings. After an active day in nature, the roof terrace offers the ideal place to relax.

Experience relaxing days in our sunny apartment in Semriach! Enjoy the fresh air on the spacious terrace, which invites you to relax and linger. The private garden offers space to play and is ideal for cozy barbecues or an outdoor breakfast. The Lurgrotte, the town center and the outdoor swimming pool are within walking distance. The Troadkasten is an old granary, a traditionally built house, which we have lovingly transformed into a cozy chalet. The cottage is located directly on our organic mountain farm at 1100 m above sea level and can accommodate up to 6 people. Your retreat for a quiet break or starting point for hikes and excursions in the Almenland Nature Park in Styria. Dogs are welcome. Chickens, cats and farm dog Luna run freely around the farm.
