The colors of the building reflect the landscape and the refined architecture makes the building appear much larger than it actually is. The sunny location right on the bank of the wild river overlooking the majestic peaks of the Gesäuse is unique. You can also dock kayaks directly at the property.

You can swim in the crystal-clear, refreshing water of the Erlauf River, which is only 400 meters away, hike or embark on other adventures. A campfire in the evening or a barbecue make the day perfect!
