You can easily park in the underground garage. Use the balcony, the modern kitchen or the Sky programs on TV (Bundesliga :-) With the passenger ferry or on foot (15 min) or the tram (2 min) you can quickly reach the Bonn city center. The S-Bahn to the airport or to Cologne can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.

The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

The apartment is about 75sqm and is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house. It is located about 5 km from Bonn-City on the right side of the Rhine in Beuel, 25 km from Cologne/Bonn Airport. There are very good connections to 3 bus lines and the airport motorway. The two-family house is located in the second row in the middle of a garden. Here is a pure residential area without industrial buildings.
