The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

It is ideal for two people, is fully equipped and is located on the second floor (not barrier-free). The apartment has a double bedroom. It is a newly renovated and bright comfort apartment (approx. 45 square meters) with its own bathroom, a kitchenette and modern basic equipment – ideal for a multi-day professional stay or just to relax over the weekend in the countryside.

Guests can quickly reach appointments and events in Bonn and Cologne. The airports of Cologne/Bonn and Frankfurt can be reached by tram, bus, S-Bahn and ICE in 30 or 60 minutes. With the bicycles you can go to the nearby Rhine and the northernmost winery in the Siebengebirge Nature Park with fairy-tale castle and Drachenfels. 10-minute walk to bakery, supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy

The apartment is about 75sqm and is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house. It is located about 5 km from Bonn-City on the right side of the Rhine in Beuel, 25 km from Cologne/Bonn Airport. There are very good connections to 3 bus lines and the airport motorway. The two-family house is located in the second row in the middle of a garden. Here is a pure residential area without industrial buildings.
