Lütte Hütte

From May 10th to June 24th, façade work will be carried out on the building. During this period, scaffolding will be erected around the house. The flat is lovingly furnished and has a large balcony with a breathtaking view. Situated a few hundred metres away from St. Andreasberg, it is wonderfully quiet, yet everything is within walking distance. The access road is unfortunately a bit bumpy, but easily passable at low speed. Please use Maps to find out more about the location.

Our apartment has about 70 m² of living space divided into 3 rooms, hallway and bathroom, a great size for 4 to 6 people. The center of life (dining area, sofa/TV area and kitchen) is lovingly and cozily furnished. The bedroom with 1.8 x 2 meter double bed is very spacious and has a separate access, as well as the center of life, to the large (18 m²) south balcony. Our sleeping loft is equipped with a high-quality 3-story bed. Your own sauna to feel good.

Our family-friendly apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our holiday home "Moorwaldhütte" in the middle of the Harz National Park. With two bedrooms and a cozy and fully equipped kitchen-living room, it can accommodate up to 4 people. For a relaxing family vacation, not only board and card games are available, but the outdoor facilities also offer play opportunities for all ages as well as enough seating for extensive breakfasts and/or barbecues.

The apartment is about 86 square meters and on the ground floor. The terrace and foyer lead to the apartment, where there is an open living/dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining area (stove, oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc.). The living room has a sofa bed of 145 x 185 cm, living area and TV. There is a bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm) and large wardrobe and a bathroom with tub and separate toilet.

In doing so, we have attached great importance to preserving the special features of the house and creating a typical mountain feeling. We rely on good and modern amenities. The house offers a nice base for your mountain time: for tours and for hiking, mountain biking or skiing.

Our great apartment is located in a beautiful location 10 minutes from Braunlage and at the foot of the Matthias Schmidt mountain. 150 meters away you will find the ski lift with many hiking, cycling opportunities, not to mention the toboggan run and the MSB-X-Trail Bike Park Sankt Andreasberg. After these wonderful outdoor activities, there is a nice restaurant at the foot of the mountain for a snack and a drink.

The 35 sqm one-room apartment "Harzchalet Emma 3" in Sankt Andreasberg was completely renovated with a lot of love for detail in 2024. The property is located in a central but quiet location. The apartment is particularly characterized by modern furnishings in a cozy chalet style as well as the magnificent view of the Matthias Schmidt mountain. The sauna invites you to relax after a busy, sporty day.

This is how to stay on vacation: Three double bedrooms and three shower rooms, a superbly equipped kitchen, fireplace, dining room, small pantry kitchen on the slope, a large furnished terrace area and a fantastic view of the Harz Mountains from everywhere. A double bedroom and a shower room are located on the sloping floor and are accessible via a rustic staircase from the first floor.
