This rental is perfect for families or large groups! We all had plenty of our own space but a nice gathering spot at the pool. Karrie and her husband were both extremely responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

It was perfect for what we needed and very accommodating for a last minute reservation.

Really loved staying at the cottage. There’s construction right in front of the house but it didn’t affect our stay at all. Everything is brand new and we had all of our needs met. We will definitely stay here next time! Thank you for sharing with us!

Enjoyed the location & beach. Overall condo was nice, short walk to the water & a nice pool, although very busy. However my stay was soured by bugs & even more disappointed in their response to me asking for help with the bugs in the room. Prior to teh stay & during check in responses were prompt. When I notified them of a potential bug issue they were in no hurry to respond or help. After 3-4 days of messages, I indicated I’d send pictures & they called to say the handyman was literally on his way (we were not there so he left a can of bug killer at the door). We ended up with multiple large itchy bites from the trip. Had beach chairs, cooler, sunbrella were very nice touches! Wifi was extremely slow. Had washer/dryer, make sure to dry clothes on lowest heat-my clothes shrunk, dryer was so hot burned my hands taking clothes out. Additionally we booked a 2 week stay, be prepared you get the same ‘starter’ kit no matter how long the stay so you will need to buy TP, paper towels, dishwasher soap etc

Differently a great place to stay. If I go back for a quick weekend for sure will get it again.

Sylvia’s place was perfect. The bathroom is huge and super clean. We loved the balcony and were sitting outside every morning and evening. It is very quaint. It’s a short five minute walk to the beach. We had beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and a wagon to put our beach stuff in. We did have to share those things with the other unit but it worked out. We will definitely stay at Sylvia‘s place here in Fort Myers Beach again. Perfect little getaway! Highly recommend.

This is such a great, peaceful place to stay on Estero island! Valerie Jean’s spot was immaculately clean, easy to find, and had so much to offer. Definitely recommend for singles or couples looking for extensive pool time. The beach across the street was calm and had lots of great shells as well! While bars and restaurants are limited in the area right now, there were still some local gems worth checking out, as well as a good number of places delivering. Definitely appreciated having a Publix close by and a great kitchen in the apartment! Would absolutely return for another peaceful stay and the awesome pool area!!

This place is so clean I felt at home and very quite which is exactly what I loved. Also, the host was amazing and very kind. Absolutely loved our stay! Only 10 minutes from the Pier/beach, restaurants, shops, and Downtown area. The place was just like in the pictures: spotless, with great amenities and decorated impecably. Had a bit of a hiccup with the code while checking in but the hostess helped our right away and we did not miss a beat. Highly recommend staying here for your visit to gorgeous Naples!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb—it was peaceful, private, and just what I needed. The pool was absolutely perfect, and I spent hours relaxing in the sun without any interruptions. I really appreciated the privacy of the space; it felt like my own personal retreat. The hosts were super responsive and helpful, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.

Beautiful clean apartment. The view was amazing. Quiet neighbors. Bed was very firm innerspring mattress. Pillows were awesome and the extra blanket in the closet was nice. Towels were fluffy and huge. Price was on par with neighboring hotels.

Mitch was a superb host and very responsive. The condo was very clean and as described as in the Airbnb listing. We enjoyed the Heritage Landing community and would pick this place again!! Thanks Mitch!!!

We had a nice stay at this Airbnb! It was very peaceful and relaxing. The area around the pool and grounds are beautiful, offering plenty of shade and lounge chairs to unwind. Kathleen was very accommodating and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We had complete privacy while attached to the main house. We ate all of our meals out, but there is a kitchenette with a small fridge and air fryer/toaster oven. The location was also great and close to Publix and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! We brought a small child and two adults, and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. They provided a high chair and Pack ’n Play which was a huge help and made traveling with a toddler so much easier. There was plenty of space to spread out, with multiple bathrooms and cozy spots to unwind and enjoy our family time. The location is fantastic - much more accessible to the beach than many other places we’ve stayed in Naples Park. We’d absolutely return!

We have a home in Stoneybrook. We used the condo for overflow family to use. Everything was as advertised. Convenient walk to Community Center activities, and pool. Lots of restaurants and malls to choose from. Will absolutely use again!!

The apartment was immaculate including new furnishings and spotless kitchen and bathrooms. The location was perfect for our family, just a quick walk to the beach or 2 blocks to 3rd street's restaurants and cafes. Richard was an outstanding host and went above and beyond our expectations.
