Ashton was very helpful w suggestions on places in Springfield. Exactly what we asked for. House was very clean and exactly as pictured. Very pet friendly. Neighborhood was friendly and felt safe. Will definitely book again.

We were in Springfield for a horse show at the fairgrounds. The house was close for us and in a very nice neighborhood. The house was very clean, stocked well and had tons of room. There was a very nice new deck off the kitchen that we enjoyed sitting out on in the morning and evenings. Overall, I would highly recommend this house for anyone staying with a larger group. Lori

Really enjoyed our stay and will gladly stay again if we are in the area. Everything was so clean and neat, and the host was always quick to reply to any questions I had. Due to the cold weather we didn't use the backyard much but I love the space and how private it felt. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay

We had a truly wonderful stay at Pam’s Airbnb in Springfield! The home was spotless, extremely comfortable, and located in a safe, quiet area with plenty of convenient parking. The beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve ever had in a rental, and there was more than enough space for our family of four—both kids and adults felt right at home. Pam’s hospitality was outstanding. She checked in with us regularly (even when the weather turned), making sure we had everything we needed and always offering helpful suggestions. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the snacks waiting for us on arrival. The house was perfectly clean and had everything we could possibly want for a relaxing family stay. It truly felt like a home away from home, and Pam’s attention to detail and genuine care for her guests made all the difference. If we’re ever back in Springfield, this will be the first place we look to book. Perfect for families or anyone seeking a comfortable, welcoming stay!

We never received our check in instructions, which the host stated should have come automatically. 45 min after check in time we contacted the host and he responded immediately with the missing instructions. Besides this hiccup, the actual stay went very well! There's a strong odor in the entrance to the building, but the unit was extremely clean and no lingering odor was in the unit. Definitely enjoyed the Bluetooth in the shower. Larry was very responsive and always respectful when we contacted him. I would definitely stay in this unit again and I recommend others to stay as well.

Angela was very responsive and flexible on checkout which we really appreciated. It was a cozy comfortable place and the fenced in backyard was so helpful with my pup.

I met Larry over Airbnb approximately 7 years ago He took care of me then, and he took care of me now. Had a lot of plans change during my visit and had to extent 3 times without issue. Response time was immediate. All questions answered immediately and professionally. Apartment was clean and beautiful and in an excellent location for all things Springfield. Highly highly recommend! We really enjoyed Brenna's house! My wife and I got to visit Springfield again, and we wanted to stay in a home. We checked Airbnb and VRBO. We found the best house and deal on Airbnb. Brenna was a wonderful hostess! She was very responsive and helpful. There was a new grill, charcoal, lighter fluid, and a lighter, so we grilled brats out on the patio. What a nice touch!! The house is clean and easy to find. We liked the bedrooms, living room, and kitchen. There was a washer and dryer in the basement and a dishwasher in the kitchen. The gas stove is great, as is the microwave. The fridge was perfect for keeping all our stuff. The ice machine in the fridge kept up with my wife. Bravo!! The TV was nice and had a great picture. We brought our AppleTV with us and it worked great!! The WiFi was plenty fast for both of us to work and/or stream at the same time. Lovely!! The house was everything Brenna said, and there were no surprises, which is always good. We will likely return!

I enjoyed my stay at Regina's place. Check-in and check-out are very easy. The unit is very clean & comfy and it has all the amenities for a great stay. There is ample parking and the location is good as it is close to downtown. The host is responsive and can assist you promptly. I would stay here again. Thanks!

We had a few hiccups during our stay- however, it is clear that Regina is an experienced host and I would recommend her place highly. We had an issue with parking not being available on the street the first night we arrived (a Sunday), and were offered access to the garage. The other nights parking on the street was not an issue. She was responsive, went above and beyond to make it right. Aside from that, the massage chair was an absolute highlight and the front and back porch were charming- this house makes you feel right at home, like its your own house with everything you could need. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Larry’s place was everything we were looking for and more! It was clean and cozy and location was perfect for us! He was also a great host and had great communication! 12/10 would stay here again and again!
