Place was exactly as described. George was available for any issues and the process was seamless. The skate park was dope!!

The tiny cabin was so cozy and comfy. Was a great stay when it rained and I had to be indoors. It's also very close to the Lincoln sites.

Great location. Very “user friendly” Airbnb home away from home. Kitchen nicely labeled. Nice spaces for gathering - big couch in living room; great deck with lots of nice chairs - and gathering spaces the whole reason we wanted Airbnb. Comfy beds. Nice updated, very clean bathrooms. And when we had an internet issue - host was extremely responsive - and we quickly figured out it was weather related and we’re able to easily resolve. It might not have been the fanciest Airbnb I have stayed at, the steps are old and squeaky, and there is that train track nearby - but the positive aspects of convenience and coziness far outweighed those minor concerns. Not to mention - extremely responsive host. Great weekend.

This was a neat and place. It is different from so many other places. It was fun to play all the games that were available on site. It would be really fun in the summer when you could enjoy the outside amenities. It is close to downtown and all the things to do in Springfield. We would definitely go back.

I stayed for a little over a week while working on a contracting job in Springfield. The house was comfortable and had everything I needed. The host was very accommodating when I screwed up my check-in dates and needed to extend. Just a couple of notes— the driveway is quite narrow, and there are active train tracks nearby (though the train horns didn’t bother me).

We only stayed one night but I would definitely be willing to book for a longer period of time. It is so peaceful and safe. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Perfect place to relax and go for walks or sit on the porch and read a book. Clint was super helpful and easy to communicate with. Definitely a super host.

This is our second stay in two months. The home is so conveniently located, and there are at least 3 great restaurants within a few blocks. The master bathroom has two sinks and a very good shower with sliding glass door. There is an ample supply of very nice towels and adequate space to hang them. There is a huge walk-in closet with a good shelf for luggage adjacent to the master bedroom. We appreciated the availability of facial tissue in bedrooms, kitchen, and living room. The kitchen includes a great coffeemaker which can accomodate either ground coffee with a filter or Keurig cups. The toaster and microwave are good, too. The kitchen appliances are spotless. The washer and dryer in the laundry room are terrific, and Tide liquid is available to use when one uses the washer. The team which manages this home are very responsive, answering any questions very quickly. They are a good team!
