Monthly Rentals in Sanford

Stayed at Kathy’s place for a long weekend to visit family. The house was very cozy and had everything we needed. The trails were great for hiking & the hammock was a nice relaxing touch. Very quiet neighborhood, perfect place for a peaceful getaway.

The Canopy House was absolutely incredible. Tucked away in the trees, it was peaceful, beautiful, and just what we were hoping for. The space was spotless and so quiet, it truly felt like a retreat. The projector made it feel like we were at a private movie theater, which was such a fun touch. The lake was calm and serene, and paddling around in the canoe was the perfect way to unwind. The hot tub was amazing, especially at night with the soft lighting and peaceful atmosphere. It looked exactly like the pictures and delivered even more in person. While it was a perfect couples’ getaway, the space could comfortably fit four people. The other properties nearby were also great, but spaced out enough that we still felt completely private. I honestly wish I could’ve stayed longer. I’ll definitely be booking with Bryce again!

Delightful Fall getaway. Open house design with gorgeous view of lake. Nice big yard with seating and fire-pit. VERY comfortable beds, and bathroom with 2 sinks! Kitchen had everything we needed - plus fruit and candy! Even the laundry room was beautiful! James was most thoughtful and responsive as our host. Recommend highly!

Frank's farmhouse and land is beautiful, and the apartment very comfortable. Frank himself was friendly and flexible with regard to check-in, and gave me a quick tour of his property. Very convenient to Sanford/Springvale, where we we visiting family. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to the area!
