Situated in Sandown in a quiet Cul-de-sac with parking for three cars on the drive and within easy walking distance of the beach and countryside. New to the market from March 2023 the property has been fully furnished and decorated throughout. Previously the owners private home its a great place to make memories. Lovely recently renovated house in heart of Shanklin. Private parking for 2 cars and locked side access for cycles etc. Secure garden with garden table and chairs and gas bbq. House is very well equipped with highchair, travel cot and children's tableware and cutlery. Lots of games, books, dvds and beach equipment. Downstairs toilet as well as separate upstairs toilet.
