Location on Skredestranda, about 3.5 km from Årvik ferry dock, in a quiet and peaceful area. Here you can relax and recharge your batteries. You may be lucky to see a flock of sperm whales in the fjord, or see eagles and deer. Rovdefjorden is a busy fjord for both large and small boats, as well as cruise ships on their way to/from Geiranger. The cabin is located 20 m from the lake, where there are good fishing opportunities (rod). Steep rocks and shallow depths. We have life jackets available.

Good fishing and swimming opportunities in the lake, as well as pleasant mountains if you want some exercise. It is a short distance to Fosnavåg or Ulsteinvik which has many restaurants and shops. Sunnmørsbadet (water park) is located about 13-14 min drive from the cabin. Rowboat and fishing equipment available.

With sea views and a lush garden surrounding the courtyard, the vicarage blends naturally into the landscape and offers experiences both inside and out. The apartments are beautifully located right on the waterfront and have sea view from all rooms. There are good opportunities for swimming and/or fishing just outside the door. The outdoor area appears to be untouched and is located close to Fru Inga restaurant. If you are lucky, you can experience animals that live in and by the sea up close during your stay. Among other things, it is possible to meet otters, sea eagles, whales, and seabirds.

The house is situated in the middle of Ervika village on Stadlandet. Walking distance to the beach as well as some great hiking opportunities. This is a beautiful village with extreme weather, spectacular nature, friendly locals and farmers. Summer season can be busy with visitors and farming life.

My boathouse is as close as you can get to the waterfront. It is built in a navy style with lots of antique items from a former career at sea. I believe it has what is needed to enjoy a relaxing holiday on a quiet Island on the norwegian westcoast.
