The old Loft

The old Loft is a one bedroom apartment that would sleep a family of 4/5. It is situated on a working farm where you can enjoy seeing the sheep, lambs and Clydesdale horses. Ground floor apartment, refurbished to a high standard, very clean, comfortable, suntrap in back court, patio area. Central to town & close to all amenities. Sits on the famous Glebe Street which was once regarded as the most valuable street in Scotland due to the amount of Whisky which was in bond. Glebe Street still hosts 2 working distilleries today Springbank and Glengyle. 10-20 minute drive to all local beaches and golf courses. 5 minute walk from bus stance. 5 minute drive to airport.

Within a few minutes walking distance of the town centre and all its amenities and only a 10 minute drive to local golf courses and beaches. There is plenty of space for parking on the street outside the building. Access is flexible as there is a keybox situated at the front door.

Apartment is in an excellent location, just a few steps away from local restaurants, cafes, and pubs. Bus station 2 minutes walk. The apartment is located on the 4th floor, allowing you to admire beautiful views of the sea and mountains. Please note that the apartment is at the very top of the building and there is no elevator. However, the view from the windows makes up for any difficulties in climbing.
