Vacation rentals in Sand Lake

We spent so much time enjoying our view, whale watching and following the sun go down each night. We couldn’t get enough of it. Perfect location for visiting multiple attractions, bed was extremely comfortable and we had everything we needed. Parking on site was easy, safe and spacious. Having both a washer/dryer is very important to us and it worked great. Host was gracious and responded quickly to our request to check in a little early. Highly recommend and hope to make this an annual visit.

Peaceful and private. Loved the color palette and decor, very homey. Clean and was surprised to see/read that pets are allowed because other than the “pet basket” there’s no trace of animals! Appreciated the plug-ins not being plugged in as I am extremely sensitive to chemicals and it can be a problem for me when there are a lot of artificial fragrances in a rental home. Enjoyed binging on Netflix and the hot tub during stormy weather. Kylee was very responsive and helpful. If we come to Rockaway Beach again, we will stay here again.

Bryan was a wonderful host. Very attentive and helpful. The house was everything we imagined and more. Clean and with plenty of amenities. And the beds were heavenly. Our kids loved the variety of activities at the house, especially the hot tub and large yard for playing football. We hit some of the recommended sites and places Bryan provided us and they did not disappoint. Wanda’s was a favorite and we explored Cannon Beach for the first time. Cute costal town. Would love to come back and enjoy a longer stay.

Joanne’s beach house is truly an Airbnb, not just a vacation rental. This is one of those houses where you immediately feel at home and comfortable in and everything you could possibly need is there. The view is lovely and location is convenient but what makes this place truly special is the host. Joanne was extremely kind and friendly. We felt genuinely cared for during our stay. Our family of four along with our dog Charlie made so many great memories here. We love Manzanita area and this was a great base. Easy walk to beach and to town from the beach. We all slept soundly and made good use of the pool table, DVD collection and the fireplace. I loved having my morning coffee on the deck and taking in the birdsong. We cooked many meals and had all we needed in the kitchen. Joanne spoiled us with local coffee and chocolate as well. We will definitely be back!

I have to say that Sasha and Aaron’s place is beautiful. So cozy and felt like home. Every detail was cozy. The beach is beautiful and just steps away. I stayed here with my mom and 2 daughters 22 and 13 and they loved it. We will definitely be back.

This place was awesome!! Nice and quiet!! We had a beautiful anniversary out there! Would highly recommend this place!

Sandy and Scott's home was amazing. Easily one of the best beach front locations in Neskowin. Extremely private even with the shared wall. The hot tub was hot and very clean. The finishing touches in their home were all noticeable. Kitchen appliances to bathroom fixtures were all a cut above. Would love to spend more time back here.

This was our 3rd visit to Capehaven. We love the house, the ocean view, and accessibility to the beach. We come here with our grown children, and have such a wonderful time. We will be back!

This place was fantastic! The tiny house was spacious, clean, and adorable. The owners were very nice and accommodating and they have a lovely dog! The kitchen had the essentials with some added spices that made cooking a meal a breeze. There is a lot of passion poured into this place and you can really feel it in all the details. My wife and I would happily stay here again!
