Charles is an excellent host, so warm, friendly, responsive, welcoming and hospitable. The place is convenient in the extreme, surrounded by delicious food, sights and amenities, including super easy transit access. The furnishings are comfortable, especially the bed which felt just like my own bed at home! I especially loved the laundry set up. Highly recommend!

Spacious and comfortable stay

This house is great for a group of friends, the living room common space is comfortable, and the lighting in each room is very good (friends who are afraid of light when sleeping should be careful when choosing a room)

I responded very quickly, and I was able to stay with peace of mind.It was also nice to have a kind response. Easy to check in and check out.It's also easy to walk from the station. There is a convenience store nearby and a supermarket a short walk away. It takes a little time to go to famous places (such as Raohe Street sightseeing night market). Including that, overall it was very good.I'm coming back to visit.

We had a wonderful stay here with our two children (3yo + 3mo). The host was exceptionally responsive and attentive to our needs, making us feel well cared for throughout our time. The apartment was well-equipped with all the essentials, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. Host provided more comforters when it got chilly and a flexible storage of our luggages after check-out which we truly appreciate going out of the way to help us. Located in a quiet estate near Ximen, it offered a peaceful retreat. The occasional sounds of cats and raindrops added to the local charm, as we were staying on the top floor.

Cozy homestay and meet friendly owner

We had a group of 8 and had an amazing stay. The location is unbeatable—right in the middle of Ximending, with food and shopping just steps away. Despite being in such a lively area, the unit was quiet and provided a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped to accommodate all of us comfortably. Check-in was seamless, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would recommend for large groups!

I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the accommodation, and the biggest advantage was that it was very close to the city center of Siem Reap, so it was really nice to get around. If I travel to Bangkok again, I think I'll only use this accommodation.

It was in a good location for a family trip, and it was relatively clean, and it was nice that all rooms could be heated. There were many restaurants nearby, so it wasn't difficult to eat, and there were two Carrefour within walking distance, so it was good for shopping.

We had a nice stay, the host was kind and we felt welcomed. The location is excellent, walking distance to many local stalls, Ximending, and the metro stations. The kids enjoyed the projector TV and the platform in the living room.

Have a comfort stay at this place. Bathroom is clean. Bed is comfy with great linen. Host was responsive. Prime location yet peaceful and safe surrounding.

Brian's place is a 5 star location near Ximendeng walking street. The appartment is quiet even though it is located in a busy area. Brian is a great host and responds to any requests. I would be happy to stay there again.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location is incredibly convenient, with direct MRT access from the airport. There’s also a supermarket nearby. The amenities provided were excellent - everything was clean, modern, and thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. Yu was outstanding host - responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place.

Maggie was very responsive and friendly, and she explained everything clearly. The security guard at the ground floor was very friendly too. The place is spacious for two people and very clean, with a lovely enclosed balcony with a kitchenette. Location-wise it’s perfect too, with a lot of interesting shops around - we were never bored walking to/from the metro station.

My honest review: HOST: Very responsive and helpful. Terrence even arranged a private transpo for us from the airport to Ximending coz my dad couldn't walk due to a terrible leg pain. LOCATION: Literally just a minute walk from Ximen Station. Very strategic location coz it's within the bustling Ximending area. ROOM: Generally clean and cozy. No unusual odor and pretty spacious for 3-4 guests. Despite being at the heart of Ximending, the room is surprisingly quiet. AMENITIES: Everything is fully functional. The homestay had the best shower. And it's really a plus that a microwave and a washer are available for use. CHECK-IN & OUT: Smooth and hassle-free. The host, Terrence, will personally meet you and guide you to the homestay. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend this place to those who want to have a comfy and convenient stay in Taiwan. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🇵🇭🇹🇼

Short walk from ximen station and a very clean place. Max helped arrange an airport dropoff which was very fuss-free too.

Location was a bit difficult to find initially but Ian left very detailed instructions. The building is a bit old but you won’t notice once you step into the room, which is neat and had aircon. The place was bathroom was clean and this was in a walkable location. Would stay again!
