Apartment vacation rentals in Sanchong District

Host Hsuan Chen is extremely communicative, friendly and helpful, went above and beyond to get us a new microwave when we asked for one. The house is small but clean and features all fully functioning and moder. the feature i like the most was the bathroom ,modern and has heater function very useful for drying our towels indoors and the host provided many useful amenities which makes for a practical and comfortable stay. small issue with shower drain but host is looking into it. Loro is a great host! The inside of the AirBNB is pretty nice with good AC and clean rooms. The host was super great with working with us for early check in. The area is pretty nice with a nearby night market! The host even provided umbrellas for the rainy Taiwan weather! The only thing is that the room is on a higher floor with no elevator (in case you have a lot of luggage) but Loro did already say that in the listing! Just be careful because the stairs are very old and the handle is super rickety (like dangerously so) so be wary of that. Thank you for a great stay in Taiwan!

We had a good stay at Ivory’s place! The apartment was clean and well equipped with basic amenities. There was a slight hint of musty smell but I reckon that can be expected in small apartments in urban cities and easily fixed with an air freshener in the rooms. The apartment is located close to Ximen station, and therefore a good location to stay and explore out of. The place might be a little difficult to find when arriving for the first time due to it being located in a back alley, but just ask any locals and they would be happy to direct you to where the building is. An earlier review had suggested installing an amenities shelf in the shower for accessibility, and when we arrived, it had been installed. Therefore, Ivory is definitely reading and improving upon guest reviews which is great! Lastly, Ivory is responsive and helpful, which are good makings for a host :)

The place has all the basic travel amenities one would need and it was a perfect size for a solo short-term traveler like me. Since I do not speak the local language, I appreciate the host’s responsiveness and video instructions.

The overall 15-day stay was not bad... The space is large (family friendly) and fully equipped, and the host will respond quickly to any problems... The point is that it is super close to the MRT station and very convenient...

It felt local, and the accommodation was very neat and nice. If you take a photo in the hallway just before sunset, you can get a good quality photo. The price is good, and the location is close to the cement, so it's good to control the accommodation, outside, accommodation, outside. Highly recommended.

First of all I must admit Pearl was the most active, helpful and supportive host throughout my 10+ years of dealing with Airbnb. In the beginning one should get used to busy Taipei streets, but Pearl sent a video how to easy get from the metro station to her apratment. We received heaps of local recommendations and advise, Pearl was answering all questions in a matter of seconds. There was a designated person meeting us at the door and showing around the apartment, even though we arrived rather late. The location is truly great, lots of places to eat, easy to reach every spot in Taipei, very close to the metro station and buzzling night life, shops and restaurants. The apartment is small, but very well planned, has everyting one needs for a comfortable stay. Everything was very clean, the bead was super comfy, Pearl made tens of extra steps to make us feel at home: she offered snacks and water, even took care of laundry detergent should we needed our clothes to be washed.

Love this place I would definitely rent again if I go back.

We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights at Mr. Black’s place. It was spacious and perfect for 8 people. He even let us check in early and made sure we had everything we needed. There was a time when we needed emergency help, and Mr. Black didn’t hesitate to assist us—from the start all the way to the end. He was the one talking to the emergency personnel since we couldn’t speak the local language. Thankfully, he was super hands-on and helpful the whole time. The place was also clean, organized, and well taken care of. Thanks again! We’re definitely looking forward to booking again.

I stayed for two weeks.Everything was perfectly arranged, just like my own room.I'm glad to know that this quality is in Taipei, and it will definitely be on the top list of places to stay next time.It was a 2-week stay, so the washing machine and kitchen environment were very important, but there was a private balcony, so I had no trouble with laundry, and the kitchen utensils were fully stocked.I recommend buying vegetables at the nearby Xining Market to get to know the area.(Also, it is an area where you will have no trouble shopping) I am sensitive to the smell of the room, but there are aroma diffusers installed in various places, so the moment I return to the room, I feel very good.The bed was comfortable, and I felt like I was able to sleep more comfortably than at home.The Wi-Fi in the room was also fast enough, and sometimes I stayed in the room all day to do remote work, but there was no problem at all.The TV provided can also be connected to Netflix, so I enjoyed it.All the appliances were made in Japan, and I was able to use them with peace of mind.The host's response was perfect, and I was able to communicate without any inconvenience!I'm nothing but grateful.I'd love to stay here again.

Location was unbeatable, it’s located right in the middle of the main shopping district. Late night food was just 30seconds walk away. House was very clean, toilet was well stocked. One caveat is that we have to be quiet since it’s in a residential area, I had security come knock on our door once but we lowered our volume(with 2 young kids) and had no issues afterwards. Check in process was easy, he came down personally to handover the keys.

Perfect apartment on every level! This is my 2nd time staying at one of Jack’s listings and they truly stand out. Clean, cozy, extremely well maintained, amazing location, great for remote work (strong wifi), plenty of natural sunlight, ACs work extremely well, smart TV. I loved the 2-floor layout! 24/7 building security, clean building, just 3 minutes from Ximen walking district, 3 minutes from the riverside, 8 minutes to the green line and blue line MRT. This is my new #1 place for when I’m in Taipei!

The accommodation was very clean, the space and design were extremely comfortable, and the privacy was good.The most important thing is that the owner is very welcoming, I arrived at the accommodation later, the housekeeper also arranged for a small butler to host, and I recommended a lot of fun places, a very good trip!Will be back again next time.

Best choice to stay in Ximending.Conveniently located, the room is very clean, and daily necessities and kitchenware are complete.The building has 24-hour security, and the elevator can only be used with a card, which is reassuring.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Ximending. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the MRT, shops, and lots of food options. It made exploring Taipei super convenient, especially for first-timers like us. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We had a great 5 night stay at Andrew's apartment. The apartment itself is very stylish and nicely renovated. It is very large in size and we really enjoyed having so much natural light from the big open windows. The jacuzzi tub was also a highlight. If you're coming to Taipei for the first time, this neighborhood isn't very convenient though. There are no metro stops anywhere near the apartment and most of the major places to visit in Taipei are far away. Obviously this is not at any fault to Andrew. Also, compared to other Airbnb's we've stayed in that feel more like an apartment rental, this one is more like renting a few nights in a friends place where their stuff is everywhere and it isn't as setup for guests comfort in the way other Airbnbs are. But we really loved our time here and still highly recommend a stay if you have the chance.

Thank you for hosting me. I really appreciated the flexible 4:00 p.m. check-out time. Two double air beds were provided, which was very convenient. I found it a bit difficult to recycle everything, as there was no general waste bin available in the basement.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The place is very clean and feels newly renovated everything was spotless when I arrived. The two bedroom and two-bathroom layout made it super convenient, and the environment was surprisingly quiet, which gave me some of the best sleep I’ve had in a while. I also had to get some work done during my stay, and the space was ideal fast Wi-Fi, peaceful, and well lit. I will bring my family here to stay next time. Thank you very much!

Friendly host Louis he is very kind and responds quickly. The accommodation is located in the heart of Taipei, in the perfect location. It’s next to the Q Square shopping center, making it easy to take the MRT, catch a bus, and even get to the airport truly a perfect spot. The cleanliness of the accommodation is top-notch, and with 24-hour security on-site, it feels extremely safe. Thank you! I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Taipei.
