Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Sancaktepe

Ece was an exceptional host, and our stay in her place was fantastic! The apartment was conveniently located in a vibrant and secure neighborhood of Kadikoy, with plenty of great restaurants and nightlife options within walking distance. Ece was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the lively side of Istanbul!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer sehr renommierten Gegend von Istanbul. Man hat verschiedene Einkaufs- und Restaurantmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, die man zu Fuß erreichen kann. Außerdem befindet sich ca. 10 min entfernt die Marmaray- Station: Göztepe, mit der man direkt ins Zentrum von Kadiköy fahren kann. Die Innenausstattung ist super, alle weiteren Utensilien waren verfügbar. Sehr empfehlenswert, würde es auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen sofern ich in Istanbul bin - vielen Dank für die unkomplizierte Kommunikation an Alper!

Ev son derece güzel bir konumda. Ev sahibi ilgili ve sorulara hızlı geri dönüş yapıyor. Hiçbir problem yaşamadım son derece memnun kaldım.

Evde ihtiyaç olabilecek herşey fazlasıyla vardı. Temizlik kusursuzdu. Ev sahibi elinden gelen herşeyi yaptı. Rahat bir konaklama oldu, teşekkür ederim. Tekrar kalmak isteyeceğim bir yer.

Evin konumu harikaydi. Bunun yani sira asiri temizdi ve konumu kolaydi. Kesinlikle tekrar konaklayacagimiz bir yer oldu. Leyla hanim 7/24 bizimle ilgilendi. Her sey icin tesekkurler:)

Die schön moderne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung befindet sich in einem neuen Gebäude direkt am Metropol Einkaufszentrum auf der asiatischen Seite Istanbuls. Wir empfanden dies als super praktisch, da man alle Erledigungen zu Fuß erreichen konnte & Bäckereien sowie Restaurants & Cafés direkt in der Nähe waren. Die Wohnung hat einen tollen Ausblick über Istanbul und war sehr modern und sauber. Wir können es sehr empfehlen! Danke nochmal, für den flexiblen Check-in!! ☺️

Sercan is a very responsive and helpful host. The place was perfectly clean and I could access all the necessary information I needed before + after the check-in. I would totally want to stay here again if I come back to Istanbul. I think it would be great to rent his apartment in spring/summer time too, since it comes with a nice little garden.

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer ist fantastisch, und die drei Schlafzimmer sind auch sehr groß und fein. Die Küche hat alles, die zwei Badezimmer passen auch wunderbar. die Lage ist super, ruhig, und ein Supermarkt und die Gastrozeile sind in Gehdistanz. im Summe eine super Wohnung!

Tao’s home is a charming entire house with a private entrance, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood. If you're a fan of Orhan Pamuk's novels, you'll recognize the area, and you'll be pleased to know that the Museum of Innocence actually exists and is located nearby. The house itself is full of character and unique details. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed traveling with a young child. There are three floors to navigate: the kitchen, dining area, and a shower are located on the ground floor, while the entrance, two bedrooms and a toilet are on the first floor. The second floor features the third bedroom with its own small kitchenette and bathroom. Additionally, the entrance has a few steps as well. Tao is a very sweet, friendly and thoughtful host, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Communication was seamless, and he provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants that we thoroughly enjoyed.

From start to finish an incredible stay. Cinar met me on the corner and helped me to the apartment when my ride approached from the wrong direction on a one way street. Then walked me to a recommended nearby restaurant. Always responsive and helpful. Lovely apartment. Lovely location. In the middle of a lot of street activity in a safe location. I would definitely stay here again if I get to return. Thanks.

Peaceful and comfortable accommodation with amazing views and all the creature comforts. An excellent base for exploring Istanbul by ferry or bus, with nice cafes nearby. Can recommend using a delivery service (we used Getir) to get groceries in.

This place is a hidden gem, ideally situated within walking distance of historical Sultanahmet's major attractions and the iconic Grand Bazaar, yet peacefully nestled in Fatih's local neighbourhood. Nearby, you'll find many restaurants, grocery stores, supermarkets, and art and souvenir shops—all at much better prices compared to tourist hotspots. The home is clean, comfortably spacious for five people, and well-equipped with adequate heating, crucial as temperatures drop to 3°C at night. The shower was spacious, with excellent water pressure and reliable hot water. Seyid warmly welcomed us despite feeling unwell, checking in personally to ensure our comfort and providing invaluable recommendations for local sights and eateries. His genuine hospitality made us feel truly at home. This was my third visit to Istanbul, and certainly not my last—I'll definitely seek out Seyid's place again!

İstanbul’da bugüne kadar kaldığım en güzel Airbnb. Manzarası fotoğraflardan çok daha güzel köprünün tamamını görüyor ve kendimizi evde gerçekten çok rahat ve güvende hissettik. Bir daha gelmeyi sabırsızlıkla bekliyoruz. Her şey çok temizdi mobilyalar çok modern ve düzenliydi. Bir sorun yaşadığımızda hemen ulaşabiliyorduk Ahmet Bey’e ve bizim için elinden gelenini yapiyordu. Konumu Çengelköy merkezden yürüyerek 2 dakika. Otopark mevcuttu. Çok memnun kaldık.. çok teşekkür ederiz.

Как приятно, когда тебя ждут, особенно когда отправляешься в новую страну😊 Хозяин дома заранее все подробно описал, благодаря чему заселение прошло легко и без стресса. Район — тихий, спальный. Сам дом — чистый, уютный, просторный и полностью оснащён всем необходимым. Хозяин всегда был на связи, с готовностью отвечал на все вопросы, всё терпеливо объяснял, помогал, и даже радовал нас чаем и сладостями! Очень добрый, отзывчивый и внимательный человек. Мы искренне рекомендуем это место всем!

3 adults and one teenager we were easily accommodated. Cozy place with everything needed including washer-dryer and adjustable heating. Close to transportation points and shopping areas Hüseyin was an excellent host—respectful, responsive, and always ready to assist.
