Vacation rentals in Sancaktepe

I traveled with my sick 3-month-old baby, and our host was absolutely amazing! Even before we stepped inside, they went above and beyond to help us. When they saw my little one had a cold, they immediately brought us a heater to make sure the baby would be comfortable. They were incredibly kind and accommodating throughout our stay - making our check-in process quick and our check-out hassle-free. The place itself was spotless! Clean towels, all the cleaning supplies we needed, and a fully equipped kitchen made our stay so convenient. I really can't thank them enough for their flexibility and thoughtfulness during a challenging time traveling with a sick infant. Without a doubt, I'll be booking with them again on my next trip!

I had a great stay experience! The house was extremely clean and tidy, I felt very comfortable. The host was very communicative and helpful with everything. Overall it was a stay that far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend.

Great place if you want to stay on the Asian side of Istanbul. Couch turns into a sofa bed and is quite big and comfortable. Place is well insulated making it good for a winter stay. Also a really nice Turkish restaurant around 3 minute walk from the apartment. Close walk to the beach as well which I’d imagine would be an ideal walking spot in the summer and springs. Overall would recommend this place. Plus there are so many cute cats in the neighbourhood!

Fethi's place is perfect! The neighbourhood is nice and quiet, a lot of shops are very close. The flat is spacious, clean and cosy, it is as described. I liked the huge bed a lot) There were everything we needed, including a great number of clean towels. The flat is well-equipped, with good kitchen and bathroom. Fithi is a great host, very helpful and relyable. He helped with transfer, provided a lot of tips, and even get a crib for our toddler without me asking! I recommend Fethi's place, and I would like to come back one day)

We were super satisfied and would be happy to come back! Mohamed was very friendly and flexible, came extra to the apartment and showed us everything. In case of problems, he was immediately available. Everything was clean and tidy. The apartment has a great location right by the sea and above the Istmarina Mall where there are great restaurants and shops. We will be happy to come back!

**“Perfect stay – Highly recommended!”** My stay at Erfan's was just fantastic. The place was clean, cozy and exactly as described. Erfan was extremely friendly, helpful and always available for questions. The location was ideal and there were lots of nice extras that made the stay even more enjoyable (e.g. shampoo, towels, washing machine, ironing board, etc. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place!

Clean, neat and calm. Everything was thought out in detail. We were very satisfied. I don't know if we can come back to the island of Heybeli, but if we do, we will definitely stay there.
