L'appartement et sa grande terrasse surplombe la mer Méditerranée. Il est idéal pour un couple ou une famille de 4 personnes. Proche du centre ville vous pourrez passer vos vacances au calme les pieds dans l'eau, avec un accès privé à la mer. Durant la haute saison, nous louons notre appartement à la semaine du dimanche au dimanche. Malheureusement, nous ne sommes pas en mesure de proposer des exceptions. "La Résidence" is located opposite the sandy beach of Grand Vallat, with access to a private beach with a pergola. Boules court, ping pong table and deckchairs are available. Located less than a 10-minute walk to the city center and its shops.

The Six-Beach is a comfortable 2 bedroom apartment, ideally located 3 minutes' walk from the sea and beaches, between Sanary and Le Brusc. New and air-conditioned, fully equipped, it is close to shops, bars and restaurants. Free parking in the building. Beautiful bike path along the sea. Cleaning is included in the price. The building is quiet and located by the sea. You can swim in the rocks located at the foot of the building and are a few minutes walk from the port, the market and the beaches. Non-nominative parking spaces are reserved for residents at the foot of the building. It may happen that there is no space. In this case, you can unload the car at the foot of the building and park in the area near the footbridge at the top or in town.
