Townhome vacation rentals in San Vito Lo Capo

Nice place in Terrasini, we enjoyed the beach which was 8 minutes walk away. The town itself is very lovely & calm. One bus takes you to downtown Palermo. The mattress is very comfortable.

Casa bellissima, fornita di tutti gli utensili da cucina, del barbecue, lenzuola e asciugamani e anche materiale da spiaggia come sdraio, ombrelloni e gonfiabili vari. La casa è ordinata, pulita e curata. Lo spazio esterno è un plus la sera per godersi una cena tranquilla all’aria aperta. Consigliati asino e Davide è stato gentilissimo nel consigliare luoghi di interesse e ristoranti da non perdere.

Appartamento comodissimo, dotato di ogni comfort. Posizione strategica, con una breve passeggiata si raggiungono le vie principali del paese e a poco meno di 1 km la spiaggia di San Vito lo Capo. Ottimo il posto auto interno al parco. Francesco e sua moglie si sono rivelati host accoglienti e disponibili.

Alloggio pulito e confortevole e corrispondente alla descrizione. Si trova in una via tranquilla dove abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio ed il centro è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il terrazzo dove, nonostante le temperature elevate di luglio, la sera benificiavamo di una fresca brezza. Salvatore è stato molto gentile ad anticipare di qualche ora il nostro check- in. Consigliamo questo appartamento!

I had a wonderful time. The home and location are a terrific value. There is a good deal of outside space to enjoy and the beach has a private entrance. The town of Scopello offers several nice restaurants or you can prepare your own meals. Perfect after traveling for several weeks in Sicily. Mimma was very responsive, even arranging for her father to drive me to the airport at the last minute.!

Appartamento rispondente in pieno alla descrizione. Puliti, tranquillo, con parcheggio e piscina per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di mare. Vicinissimo al centro di S. Vito (ZTL) quindi ottimo per spostamento a piedi

Die Unterkunft von Giuseppina war leicht zu erreichen, wir wurden von ihrer Tochter nett empfangen und sie hat sich die Zeit genommen und uns alles erklärt und gezeigt. Auch während unseres Aufenthalts war sie immer erreichbar. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein schöner großer Garten mit einigen Sitzgelegenheiten und Spielsachen für Kinder. Die Wohnung selbst befindet sich im 2. Stock (= Dachgeschoss, nur Stufen zum raufgehen), darunter gibt es noch eine andere Unterkunft, aber zu diesem Zeitpunkt waren keine Gäste da. Wir liebten unsere große private Dachterasse! Auch die zwei Badezimmer waren super (eine mit Dusche, eine mit Badewanne). Es gibt leider kein Wohnzimmer, nur eine Küche, wo man zusammen sitzen kann, aber uns hat das nicht gestört. Für den Strand durften wir von den Gastgebern Schirme, Stühle etc. ausleihen, das war sehr sehr nett. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden, vielen Dank!

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche dort verbracht. Das Haus ist wundervoll, auch der Garten ist super. Der Strand ist zu Fuss in ungefähr 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen. Das war für uns deutlich besser als näher zu sein, denn dort ist es abends sehr laut und viel los. Davon haben wir im Haus nichts mitbekommen. Einzig bellende Hunde in der Nachbarschaft kann man hören, aber das ist hier normal. Das Haus war sauber, in der Küche war alles was wir benötigten. Der Parkplatz war direkt vor dem Eingangstor. Restaurants, Gelateria und eine Strasse mit allen Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen (Conad City, Fischhändler, Bäckerei, Apotheke, ...) sind in ca. 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und haben schnell auf Nachrichrichten reagiert. Also alles super!

Der Kontakt zu Fabrizio war sehr angenehm und zuvorkommend! Auf Fragen wurde super schnell geantwortet und unsere Anliegen schnell erledigt. Uns hat in der Unterkunft ein sehr süßes Willkommensgeschenk (Gebäck und Wein) erwartet. Die Unterkunft war genauso wie auf den Bildern und der Ausblick auf die Landschaft war atemberaubend! Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft und Fabrizio gerne weiter 😊

Durante il ponte del 25 Aprile siamo stati a casa di Maria Cristina e Giacomo e siamo stati splendidamente! la casa è bellissima, con un grande spazio all'aperto che abbiamo usato parzialmente visto che le serate erano ancora un pò freschine e giustamente anche la piscina non era ancora utilizzabile ma abbiamo potuto cenare in terrazza e organizzare perfino un bbq. La casa all'interno è molto bella e comoda ed è provvista di tutto quello di cui si può avere bisogno. Noi ci siamo mossi in auto visto che è in un quartiere più residenziale e periferico rispetto al centro paese o alla spiaggia. L'host è stato davvero gentile nel fornirci indicazioni su posti da visitare e luoghi dove fermarci per mangiare. GRAZIE! ci è venuta voglia di tornare in estate per poter vivere appieno la bellezza di questa casa

The appartment is spacious and classy and indeed surpassed our expectations with a wonderful, sunfilled rooftop and a location at the center of the city of Marsala, right off the main street, that we didn't expect. We came to love the city of Marsala as it didn't look much at first sight, but got better and better as you got to know it. We particularly recommend the walk along the coastline round the city, a visit to the archaeological museum and lunch or dinner at nearby restaurant Il Gallo e L'Innamorata with very accomodating hosts and splendid Sicilian original food served - at Via Stefano Bilardello 18, just about 300 meters from the apartment. It's at he utmost western tip of the island of Sicily but all worth it. Highest recommendations.

Great location, with own pool. Our kid enjoyed it to the max. We only had 1 issue - prior to booking we requested late check-out (4PM), due to late flight & travelling with 2 small kids. Owner confirmed OK. Then, on the morning of the day we were supposed to leave, owner advised we need to check-out by 12 - this was very disappointing, because we made the booking based on the confirmation that we can have late check-out. Otherwise, very pleased with out stay.

Great location within a walking distance to the beach (5 - 10 minutes) and restaurants. Still peaceful wihtout much traffic and noise. Great garden with playground for children. And Olga is truly a superhost, always kind and responsive. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time here. The house has great views and is situated in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, but with easy access to a beach (on foot), and by car to surrounding villages (including the beaches of San Vito Lo Capo) and a nature reserve. The beds were good, it was quiet at night so we slept really well. The house was spacious so on the one day when we needed to stay inside due to bad weather (strong gusts of winds for a full day, such bad luck), we could still enjoy ourselves reading books and going online (using the excellent wifi). We are a couple in our late forties and for us this house was very suitable. But I could imagine if you're a family with one or two young children and you want to spend time in the sun, in nature, and on the beach, you could enjoy this place just as well. The host was always available for our questions and answered them quickly.

Charmante und toll ausgestattete Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war ebenfalls reibungslos und schnell. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man benötigt und ist mit neuen bequemen Betten ausgestattet worden. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!
