Our 2nd time to book Ms. Kaye's wonderful place. Still got the same feedback from my friends that it was indeed a very relaxing place.. definitely feels like home. Ms. Kaye was still very responsive and was able to accommodate my requests. Thank you so much again!! ❤️❤️❤️

Stephen’s place was an excellent stay from start to finish. The unit was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. It had a cozy and welcoming feel, with all the essentials thoughtfully provided—from kitchen supplies to extra towels and toiletries. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall ambiance made it easy for our group to relax and feel at home. The location was also a huge plus, making it super convenient to get around. We also appreciated how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood was at night. Stephen himself was a fantastic host—very responsive, kind, and respectful. He made sure we had all the information we needed before check-in and even checked in during our stay to ensure everything was going well. That kind of attentiveness really stood out. Overall, I highly recommend Stephen’s place to any group looking for a clean, comfortable, and hassle-free stay. We would definitely book again!

Highly recommended!👍 We instantly fell in love with The Grayhouse Inn! 😍 The place is beautifully designed, spacious and kid-friendly—perfect for a big family or a barkada staycation. Everything you might need is provided, from kitchenware and dining essentials to bathroom supplies. All you have to do is relax and enjoy your stay. Every bedroom, along with the dining and living areas, is air-conditioned for maximum comfort. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee and mamon—such a sweet touch! The host was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond. We’re definitely hoping to return soon, God willing! Thank you! 🥰☺️

Host was very accommodating and responsive to our requests! Perfect stay if you're a big group. Should've booked one extra day to enjoy all the amenities since we used the place as accoms lang for a concert >< 10/10 will book again.

Highly recommended! Apartment was clean and had everything we need like helpful QR codes posted on the wall to quickly access WiFi, ready tray of ice in the freezer (much appreciated due to hot summer day), trash bins in each room & both restrooms, good quality linens for a good night’s sleep, non slip rugs in kitchen and bath. It’s as if host anticipated everything we would need. Host is also very communicative and even apologized for pabasa sounds reaching where we are, but this is understandable being Holy Week. When I said that we are all seniors, we were warned that there are stairs to negotiate getting to the 2nd floor bedrooms but we were fine. The single beds in 2 of the bedrooms are low (only about 1 foot from the floor) so that was a bit of a challenge for this senior with knee pain. You need a ride (no walkable stores) to buy provisions so bring everything you need before check in. Otherwise, it was a very satisfying stay and good value for the price we paid
