House vacation rentals in San Sai Luang

Four was super helpful and our kids loved playing at her house! There was even a sandbox there the kids could play in and they spent a lot of time doing that! After I realized the espresso machine wasn’t there, Four replied and said it was getting fixed, and that her brother would bring me another one that evening (which he did!). She even offered to buy me coffee in the meantime. We had fun in the pool, and she had lifejackets there the kids could use. She was super friendly and helpful whenever I needed to contact her!

This was my first time using Airbnb, and I was extremely satisfied. The host was very easy to communicate with, and even when I had a car accident during my stay, he was helpful in answering my questions about the situation. It was really comforting to have someone I could ask about Thailand while staying in Chiang Mai. The house was very private, spotless, and I woke up every morning to the sound of birds, which was such a peaceful experience. I'm already thinking about coming back to Chiang Mai, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you.

Lieu encore plus beau que sur les photos. Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique. Je recommande fortement le petit déjeuner (payant) qui est vraiment excellent tout comme le pad thaï servi au restaurant ! Nous avons eu le droit à des serviettes en plus. C’est un détail mais ce sont des petites choses qui rendent un séjour encore plus agréable. Un très léger bémol (dont nous avions connaissance avant la réservation), le lieu est légèrement excentré. Nous avons loué un scooter que l’on a pu laisser sur le parking du lieu.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb! The host was very responsive to all of our needs and questions. The beds were so comfortable which was a huge deal for my old back 😅 We loved the open air kitchen and dining space and really appreciated the cook, Aon, making some wonderful meals for us. It’s like a luxury camping experience, surrounded by nature but with all the amenities. Not much to do nearby so come prepared with books, games, and food (if you plan to prepare your own). Overall a great experience, would visit again!

It is very conveniently located, easy to reach Maya Mall and Ningman road for shopping and eating various local food . The host is also very warm hearted to help you before and during the stay

This is a good place for family or a group of friends. Pretty close to night market and some day market. In addition the owner Sarah is friendly and we had a great time with my family. Thanks Sarah

This stay is amazing! It is exactly what we are looking for, private, peaceful, nice scenery, and amazing amenities! We arrived a little later than expected as we didn't expect the drive it would take. The stay was ready for us when we arrived. The place is pretty private with neighbours about 100m away from us. We really love the place as it has all the things we needed for our stay. If you are looking for a private place for your fam or love ones, peaceful, private and great ammenities! Look no further!

This place is a private community with many lanes. We got lost at first, but Pak and his housekeeper came to the rescue just in the nick of time. The communication with Pak was very good. The inside of the house is very spacious and beautiful, but some of the furniture can use some upgrade. The location is good, and the place is very peaceful. We use this house as our place to sleep because we had lots of meetings, so we didn't spend much around the house during the day. The housekeeper is very responsive, helpful and friendly. My partner and I stayed here at Nanthiya and Khing's place for a few days and fell in love with the house and the area. The house is a beautiful little two story home filled with artistic creations from the hosts and their friends. It feels like it's out of Studio Ghibli film. The location is really convenient with lots of restaurants, cafes, street food options, as well as a 7-Eleven and pharmacy all within minutes walk. The area is great too as it's only a short scooter ride into central Chiang Mai, but is so peaceful and green. The hosts, Nanthiya and Khing, are such lovely people and were really helpful. We can't recommend it highly enough ❤️

Tammey House was one of our best Airbnb experiences. The location is 10/10 so convenient to walk everywhere or hop in a Grab or on a Songthaew. The home is comfortable and beautiful. Khun Tam is so friendly and eager to help in any way she can. She helped arrange a car to take us to Doi Inthanon and also recommended many local activities and restaurants. We would love to come back again.

Great place would definitely recommend. Communication from the host was great and the villa in general was spacious and wonderful!

Stunning villa, beautiful walking in the surrounding village and countryside, close enough to Chiang Mai but just far enough to feel away from the hustle of the city. 7/11 close by for all your needs, lot's of local restaurants near by. Host's really helpful and responsive. If I'm back there again I would certainly revisit.

I’m staying at a villa in Chiang Mai with a fantastic location —it’s very close to the Old City and within walking distance of the night market. This is so different from the Chiang Mai villas I stayed in before outside the city, which were in remote locations with nothing around. What I especially love are the several mango 🥭 trees in the garden. There are so many large mangoes falling from the trees 🌴 that I couldn’t possibly eat them all! I will definitely back again for mangoes! Highly recommended!

Jetiya’s house is very decent and comfortable for family’s long-stay in Chiang Mai. If you rent a car, it’s also very convenient either go to the old town or go north to Chiang Dao or Chiang Rai. Jetiya and her housekeeper are very patient and responsive for my questions. Highly recommend!

一間美麗的建築，完整的功能，寬廣的空間，四月初的夜裡偶爾還能看到螢火蟲。 我們這次住宿期間，沒有往返清邁市區，週邊很多可以探索的地方，沿路走去路邊的小店也很好吃，這裡讓我們有很多驚奇地發現。 查詢時可以用 Chiang Mai All Season 比較好找。 一段美好印象且深刻的體驗。
