非常好的房子，去哪里都很方便。附近很多spa店。管家回复很及时，热情主动。生活用品应有尽有，阿姨打扫也很及时。

We had a lovely time staying at this nice airbnb. The space was very clean and spacious. It was a nice place to relax after spending a long day doing activities in Chiang Mai. The amenities like the pool and sauna were a great bonus for relaxation. Our family appreciated how it was a walkable distance from the night market.

수영장과 함께 쉬다가기 좋아요~ 센트럴페스티벌을 도보로 이용할수있어서도 좋았고 탁구랑 당구대도 있어서 좋았어요^^ 물필터는 5일 지내는동안 한번도 안바꿨어요 ~ 화장실도 두개다보니 4가족 지내기에 좋았어요 가까운 야시장(월,화만) 및 로컬시장은 루암촉몰 추천드려요(택시10분내) 과일도 싸게 살수 있어요 ^^ (로터스몰, 탑스몰, 림핑몰 3개 다있어요, 한국식당도있어요~) 어디든 택시타고 이동해야하는곳이라 오래 머무르면 렌트하면 좋을거 같아요

치앙마이 한달 살기 숙소로 머물렀는데 정말 행복했어요! 첫 날 체크인 하고 방에 들어갔는데 공간에 포근하고 좋은 향이 나서 기분이 좋았고 침구가 부드럽고 푹신해서 잠을 푹 잘 수 있었어요. 준비해주신 월컴스낵도 감사했습니다. 방에는 모든 물품이 비치되어 있었고 주방에 모든 물품들이 구비되어있어 한달 동안 머무르기 적합했습니다. 또한 일주일에 한번 하우스키핑 서비스를 받을 수 있었는데 하우스키퍼 분들도 정말 친절하셨고 방도 매우 깨끗했습니다. 숙소의 위치도 좋아서 걸어서 다양한 식당과 카페 쇼핑몰에 갈 수 있었고 가까운 거리에 코인 세탁방이 있어 편리했습니다. 덕분에 즐거운 치앙마이 여행을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 다음에 온다면 꼭 다시 머무르고 싶어요.

非常高兴入住了astra skyriver公寓，入住非常方便，出行安全，周边就是7/11便利店和KFC，公寓管理完善非常安全，楼顶天际泳池也非常满意，下次还会选择入住

I loved everything about my stay here and would have stayed longer if I could have. Very quiet neighborhood in the Old City, and I felt very safe. Amazing hosts/service (water, laundry, etc) with flexible check in/out and bag storage. Very well equipped kitchen, working ac, hot water, super strong wifi. Easy walk to Nimm if you want to check out that area too. Soft quiet chimes from the temple next door was maybe my favorite part :) The place is huge - would definitely be ample space for two people. The bed is definitely very firm. The pillows and bedding (100% cotton) were awesome. I would absolutely stay here again.

An absolutely amazing stay at Ming's apartment. Perfect in every way. Ming was very responsive in all communication and gave clear an easy instructions for check in. The pool and amenities within the condo were fantastic and the kids spent hours in the pool. Making many friends! The apartment complex is walkable to Central Festival mall with great restaurants, shops and a supermarket. It is easy to get a taxi into the old town and other places you may wish to visit. We will definitely return for another visit and would highly recommend. Thank you.

Wan's place was absolutely perfect for our vacation trip to Chiang Mai. The Airbnb itself was clean, well-organized, had plenty of amenities and included so much space! The beds were comfortable and it was a huge plus to have multiple bathrooms and getting ready spaces. The living room was cozy and we loved hanging out there and relaxing in between our day trips! Communication with Wan was easy and seamless and the instructions to get to and from the place were easy to understand. As for the location, we couldn't have picked a better spot. It was close to everything (walking distance to most temples, restaurants, markets, day tours, etc.), and yet it was still private and quiet! It truly felt like a home away from home and we only wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to travel back to Chiang Mai, and we would most definitely stay here again. As hosts ourselves back in New York, we truly appreciate having a great Airbnb experience on vacation! Thank you Wan!

I really enjoyed staying in this cosy apartment in central Chiang Mai. It was exactly as described, clean, modern and comfortable, and in an excellent central location. Nubkhun is an excellent host and was extremely helpful with very detailed instructions on the check in procedures, the apartment facilities and lots of useful local knowledge and great advice on where to go and what to see. Highlight of the trip for me was the amazing night bazar/market (Anusarn Market) on Changklan Road just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is visiting Chiang Mai and I would not hesitate to book it again on my next trip to CM.

I’ve been to Chiang Mai many times and this place was definitely my fave! The location is incredibly convenient as it’s right in the middle of Nimman, so you can walk everywhere (or easily call a Grab). The space itself was nice, stylish, and spacious. The building has a small gym and an outdoor pool, which was nice too. The only thing I wish was improved was the smell of sewage in the master bathroom. It gets pretty intense, but they did offer cleanings and someone came by to pour a solution down the drain that temporarily helped with the scent. Beer’s communication overall was great and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chiang Mai. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Hosts. Accommodating to our needs and very attentive. The place is located above a 7-11 which is very practical. The rooms and beds are so comfortable.

Really cute place with everything you might need in Chiang Mai. I liked the convenience of the location with the night market outside. No issues with sleeping for me as they provided ear plugs. Great responsive hosts who replied very quickly and attended to all my needs throughout the stay.

Great place to stay overall. Easy to access and there were parking lots available for cars. Walkable distance to nearby mall, night market, cafes and convenient store! The place is also safe to stay. The only issue i had was the noise of airplanes and heavy rain. If you are a light sleeper, this place is not recommended. Or else, overall is a good place to live!

늦은 시간 체크인을 함에도 먼저 잘 도착했는지 확인해 주셨고 모든시설 이용에 불편함이 없었다. 11월쯤 다시 치앙마이 올때 가능하면 다시 이용하고 싶다.

Lanna’s place was perfect! It reminded me of my home - like home away from home. Lanna was probably by far one of the most helpful kind hosts I have experienced - I ended up injuring my ankle and lanna went out of her way to find her walking cast for me to try. As well as pulling up clinics - hospital and pharmacy for me. She is such a kind soul 💕 Her home was one of my favorite airbnbs I have stayed in

We just really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment itself is super light because of the large windows and because it’s a corner apartment, so you have light from both sides of the building, which we really really loved. It has everything you need in the kitchen/ bathroom etc. Yes you do hear the airplane, but you hear that everywhere on this side of Chiang Mai and it’s not disturbing and we got used to it really quick. The location of the apartment is great, with lots of shops around. If the apartment was still available, we would’ve extended our stay so definitely recommend the place!

Lovely studio. The space is large in design compared to most of Astra. Really nice huge balcony overlooking the greenery and pool of shangri-la A nice amount of cooking tools compared to most of Astra Cai is nice, helpful, and communicative

The place is great, just as it appears. We used the pool once and that was cool & refreshing. Across the street are some food spots plus there are some food stalls that were simple and affordable (had egg over rice one day, street sushi another day). A number of massage shops nearby and other resturants that were walkable. I also walked to the grocery store & night market; totally doable with sneakers (I'd likely take a tuk-tuk if I was just in flip flops as those were relatively inexpensive). The elephant reserve, organic cooking class were both tours I setup with a shop on-site at the building. The temple tour with ex-monk was one I found online that was well worth it. Enjoy!
