We had a pleasant stay at this e.rod staycation. The caretaker and owner were very responsive to our queries, making the check-in process smooth. The unit was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay for our group. Another plus is that it’s conveniently located near many restaurants, making food delivery easy. One downside was the noise from the highway, which could be heard from our room. It wasn’t a major issue for us, but light sleepers might want to bring earplugs. Overall, it’s a good place to stay, especially for those who prioritize cleanliness, space, and accessibility to food options.

Place is worth the price! Lots of stores that are still open even after 12AM

My family and I had a great stay at Eladia's unit. It's conveniently located nearby many convenience stores, restaurants and shopping centres. The place had many useful amenities that helped my family feel more at home in the house. She also kindly let us have a late check out as our flight home wasn't until late in the evening. All in all, a great stay. I highly recommend.

The place is by far the best I have stayed at in The Residences. Looked exactly like the pictures, they have a lot of stuff for entertainment, complete kitchen wares, very beautiful home set up including the balcony. The unit is well maintained and the host is extremely responsive. A stress free staycation indeed.

unfortunately,the condo i wanted and booked was not available on day of arrival due to a maintenance issue. I was moved to an alternative condo in the same building. I requested a discount as this one was not as good as the original one.i was offered a discount of 3000 pesos,which I accepted

Its my second stay here, because I enjoyed my first stay so much. it has everything you need in an airbnb, restaurants across the road, grocery store behind, malls just a 10 minute drive away, as well as a balcony to sit outside and take it all in. Accommodating host and easy to communicate with. Overall a 5 star stay. thanks again 😊

This Airbnb is a perfect blend of style and comfort! The place is incredibly awesome, with beautiful decor that makes every corner photo-worthy. Beyond its aesthetics, it truly feels like home—cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The location is also a huge plus, conveniently situated within the metro. Another standout feature is how fresh and pleasant the place smells, adding to the overall relaxing vibe. Lastly, the host is very accommodating and ensures a smooth and pleasant stay. The house is cozy and spacious, with drinking water provided. However, as a mom of two babies and a clean freak, I found the bathroom quite dirty—there were soap stains on the walls, and the grout was blackened. I also suspect the main door frame had termites, as bits of decayed wood kept falling to the floor, which we had to sweep often to keep our babies safe. The kitchen is very nice, and the rooms are squeaky clean. However, there were no cabinets or storage spaces for clothes and luggage, and nowhere to hang clean clothes in the rooms. Still, we had a good stay overall. If given the chance, we’d definitely book this place again. The hosts are very responsive, present when needed, and provide clear instructions. This was my second time booking one of Tatiana Roses’s places—last year and again this year—and both experiences were great.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Antonio's place. We were blown away by the beautiful decor and thoughtful amenities. Every detail was perfect, from the stylish furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen. 7-11 is just across the street, too😊😍 Antonio was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, especially when my daughter left her cellphone after we checked out. Anei's place is situated in a safe gated subdivision. It was easy to find thru waze. The location is near downtown Angeles, near Clark, and also near San Fernando so everything is within easy reach. All in all it was a good place to stay. The price is reasonable and the host responds quickly. She even gave us complimentary cheese bread from the famous local bakeshop. It was delicious. Thank you!

What you see on the photos of the listing is definitely what you'll get. The place is clean and aesthetically pleasing. The owner is easy to talk to. I did not encounter any concerns in my stay. The place is also a few steps away from the mall. Will definitely choose this place again if I need/have to be in the area again.

The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The place was nice, has complete amenities with three pools, gym, and rooftop deck. The owner was very accommodating when we accidentally left an item behind, they kindly agreed to deliver it back. Will definitely come back in the future.

I had a wonderful and peaceful stay here. The quiet atmosphere made it easy to unwind and relax after a long day. The massage chair was a real treat and definitely a highlight! The host was also exceptionally kind and accommodating, making the whole experience even better.
