Very nice place, on a huge private, fenced property. Surrounded by olive trees and a really enchanted property, this invites you to have breakfast, sunbathe or dinner. Without disturbing views, sauna is made possible here with adjoining wood-fired jacuzzi. A dream! The massively surrounding winemakers provide the right wine. Wine tasting is also available everywhere here. The owner is very accommodating and respects privacy. Your residential building is located on this property, but not in the view of the Guesthouse. Shopping facilities such as a supermarket, specialty shops, bakeries, etc. are about 30 minutes walking distance. All in all, a perfect place to relax and enjoy. We will be back! We loved staying at Angiola's place. She was warm and welcoming, and she had stocked the kitchen with all sorts of great food. We did a day trip to Bobbio, which was beautiful. Would happily stay again.

Very comfortable house, clean and large pool. Pietro, despite not seeing him, was always available to respond and give us directions. The only downside is the location. You have to take a nice trip to do some things. But otherwise it's great.

Antonio was a fantastic host. Great check in - clear instructions. Pool and garden were fantastic. Very secure, secluded and private garden. Wish it was my house! Did get quite a few mosquito bites but that's to be expected with the area. Host had lots of mosquito solutions, sprays etc. In short, a fantastic place and a great host who was v responsive. We stayed with Daniele for 10 days in August. Everything you need is there. The view, the pool, the house, the tranquility - it is a fantastic basis for a great holiday. Everything looks (from our point of view) authentic and has given a nice holiday. We needed about 1.5 hours to Pisa, to the Mediterranean in Villareggio 80 minutes. Even closer were beautiful hiking trails in the mountains. In addition, Daniele and his family are incredibly warm. Daniele speaks excellent English and is the best host we have experienced so far. He was always helpful and made us feel welcome from the first minute to the last minute. Although we couldn't speak Italian, the encounters with his family, especially his mother and brother, were always great. We loved cat Benatio. All in all we had a fantastic stay and can only recommend you accommodation.

We had a great time! The location of the house was for us perfect. Everything, the towns and lake garda was one hour by car. We spend also alot of reading en bbqing in the garden. If you like quiteness this is the perfect location

It's location allowed us to experience Italy's beautiful and peaceful countryside and was also close enough to comfortably drive to the larger cities and popular sightseeing locations. Lorena's home had the benefits of lots of living area, privacy, cleanliness and comfortably suited our family of six! Lorena and Mario made us feel right at home and like family. They were always available if we had any questions and really went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful property, clean and with garden and private parking space in a quiet setting. Staircase with 2 ramps for access to the floor. Excellent solution the 2 double beds + 1 single bed. We'll be back.

The accommodation is in a very quiet and super comfortable area to visit the Piacentine hills and the beautiful villages. The house is in a very quiet area in the countryside, very spacious and perfectly matches the photos and description, great value for money and an unforgettable stay! Elena's house is simply fantastic. A modern farmhouse with all the comforts in a Wow valley in the Tuscan Emilian Apennines. My partner and her family spent the Christmas holidays here, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. Comfortable house, a delightful countryside with incredible peace and a breathtaking view. Elena was always present and super helpful in every question or need, and gave our family a moment that we will take for many years.

A structure surrounded by nature and silence. Unique noise: the night sound of crickets! Federica welcomed us with sympathy, availability, advice, a wonderful lunch, chestnut trees from the property's chestnut grove and a clean and well-kept house, also equipped for our 3 children with toys and dedicated spaces. Absolutely repeatable and recommend experience, especially for Apennines in autumn and...lots of chestnuts!

The house is lovely and has a great view over the surrounding hills. It is well kept and more equipped than a typical Airbnb. There is for example shampoo in the shower and kitchen towels. We liked the privacy and the fact that all windows had mosquito nets. The only thing that maybe could be improved is to have a bit more of an external space, like a veranda or similar. Right now there is a table with two chairs outside, but for us travelling with a child the space for her to move in a safe surrounding was a bit limited. Anyways, we would come here again!
