Elvio is more than a great host. He is friendly, helpful and has given a lot of insider tips. We could not have done some locations and excursion destinations. The place is even more beautiful than in the pictures and everything you need is there. You can also use your bikes to drive about 8 minutes to a great bakery in the morning. The pool of the complex is about 50m from the house and very clean. In the house itself are also things like badminton, bocchia and other games. The garden and the house are located in a fantastic property. We were on site with a total of 4 adults and 2 infants. The outdoor grill also invites you to have a great meal. In the garden there is also an outdoor shower for particularly hot days. We highly recommend the house and Elvio as hosts and were certainly not with him the last time. You can reach Bardolino in about 5 minutes by car - the location is also great for other excursions. 5 star for this

Beautiful, clean and uncluttered, newer construction, nicely appointed, private and very secure home, in a quiet neighbourhood. Some great restaurants that were recommended are within walking distance. Amenities as listed on the Airbnb profile were exactly as described, there were no surprises. The in-ground pool is also very private and was a welcome feature we used most evenings that helped provide some relief from the summer heat. Our host, Markus, was very accommodating, friendly, and provided prompt and courteous responses to any questions we had.

The villa is very nice and superbly equipped, sparkling clean, exactly as shown in the photos and with a beautiful view of Lake Garda. From the garden and the pool you can hear the busy bypass road, which leads in 5 minutes by car to several supermarkets and in 15 minutes to the waterfront of Salò with many beautiful shops and restaurants. The five of us spent a very nice week here with our dog and Corrado was extremely helpful. Thank you!

Vera welcomed us very warmly and showed us everything. The place is even nicer in real life than in the pictures, we were totally thrilled. Everything was totally clean and very nicely decorated. The view from the pool over the lake is magnificent. The villa is located in a very nice, quiet part of Lake Garda. There was a great selection of rolls and various crossaints delivered every morning. A great surprise! The nearest supermarket is minutes by car. Otherwise, a car is recommended to explore the surrounding area.

We had such a great stay at this gorgeous house. The place is big enough for eight people and the parking spot had space for two big cars. The place looks like the pictures and inlcudes everything. Maurizio Luigi and also the neighbour are very kind and helpful. We already miss this place and are looking foward to come back, soon.

What can I say, absolutely lost for words. An absolutely stunning, gorgeous place nestled in the mountains. The view is breathtaking. The mountain air in the morning and evening fill up the villa. Beautiful is an understatement. The villa is absolutely wonderful, to sit outside and have dinner with the view of the mountains and lake was such a fantastic experience one that will always be remembered. What really also made the experience memorable for me was the wonderful community of Muslone. The friendly locals are so warm and kind, you are immediately welcomed and made to feel like part of the family. Enzo you were amazing. Thank you so much for looking after us. When we come back and stay again, it will now feel like visiting a second home.

Michela's big house is perfect for family holidays or group of friends. It had three large bedrooms, sparkling clean bathrooms and a cozy cooking /dining / living room area. Michela was always very helpful and nice, gave us tips and was very accessible. 100% recommended!

Our stay was wonderful. Claudia was proactive and made sure we had the correct address. She was waiting with a beautiful welcome spread of snacks and wine. She went the extra mile to cater to our 1 year old with a high chair, crib and a few toys. The hot tub was beautifully clean with fresh water. Everything worked as described and there were enough towels and amenities to enjoy our stay (e.g. soaps, basic spices, etc). There were many more that we didn't even have time to use (bikes, foosball table)! She recommended a great private chef too-- such a nice diner for the group of us. Overall a lovely stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The Pool & Jacuzzi were absolute highlights – perfect for relaxing. Everything was very clean and well maintained, which made the stay all the more pleasant. The location and the view are fantastic – quiet and idyllic. The contact with the landlord was also great: very quick and helpful answers to all questions. We had a fantastic week at the villa on Lake Garda! The place is ideal for larger groups – we were there with 16 people and felt completely comfortable. We were particularly impressed by the great pool, the well-equipped kitchen and the breathtaking view of Lake Garda. The villa is very well maintained and offers plenty of space to relax. A small negative point was the partly unstable Wi-Fi, but that hardly affected our vacation. Overall an absolute recommendation – we'd come back anytime!

Absolutely stunning location that is private with lots of outdoor space to enjoy the peaceful views. Easy and lovely walk to all of Malcesine’s attractions, restaurants and shops. Ferry is steps away from the property. Lake with small pebble beach out front is perfect for swimming. Beautiful villa that has a museum like quality. Many pieces of furniture are covered and not to be touched by guests. The downstairs double bedroom does NOT have a door and is next to the kitchen. Can be a challenge for a full house with different schedules. Driving on the seafront walkway to enter/exit the garage is challenging at busy times with pedestrians not happy with a car being on the walkway. Enma from Happy Rentals was friendly, available and accommodating and made the experience wonderful. Would highly recommended and stay again.

Perfect spacious villa and pool with easy drive into verona or the surrounding valleys. Would definitely return. Extremely well equipped kitchen so cooking was a joy. However highly recommend the family restaurant in Verona.. all'Organetto.. Best meal of our trip

Maibrit & Hildegarde are the most amazing hosts. From the vases of flowers, luxury bath robes, fresh bread delivered to the door & home made apple strudel, we felt more like family guests than renters. This is more than your regular Airbnb! The house itself is of the highest quality & extremely comfortable. They have thought of everything. And that view! It is truely breathtaking. If you are thinking of booking here don’t hesitate! It is amazing.

Our family of 5 adults had an amazing 6 day stay in this beautiful home. it was spacious, well equipped and set in an absolutely stunning location. We really enjoyed the outside pool, and BBQ and even though it rained for 3 days we still got to appreciate the fire and space to spread out inside. Salo is so beautiful but recommend also checking out Riva del Garda, about an hour's drive away.

Andrea and Guendalina are great hosts!First of all, the area and home is beautiful, perfect for couples and families. The place is clean, brand new, and everything you might need can be found there. The surroundings are breathtakingly beautiful. We received clear instructions in advance on how to get there. Furthermore, Andrea and Guendalina were super quick to respond if we needed them. Our stay here was great. In fact, it happened to me for the first time here that the pictures of the view in the listing didn't do justice to the actual view. The view from the terrace is truly phenomenal, overlooking the entire southern end of Lake Garda! The house itself was very neat and fully met our requirements. The only thing you don't see so well in the pictures is that the owners' house is actually relatively close to the AirBnB. So when you are out and about, you are usually within sight / hearing distance of the owners. Since the owners were super friendly and relaxed, there were no problems with us, but it may still be good to know.

Fantastic house and location! Perfect set up for two families visiting Lake Garda. Pool and sunset views over the lake were exceptional. Would definitely stay there again!

We had a great time. The highlight is the outside with the pool and shaded patio with loungers, armchairs, and tables.

We had 8 wonderful days in our home! Despite the mixed weather, we were able to do a lot, as Venice, Verona and Sirmione were easily accessible between 30 minutes and 1.25 hours. Shopping, reachable in a maximum of 10 minutes, was abundant. There were also wonderful Italian restaurants in our vicinity. Communication with Barbara was excellent! We could reach out at any time and never had to wait long if there was anything to sort out. We would rent the house again any time!!!
