It’s a good place. It’s very center little bit noisy because of the church in front other than that everything was great. I will stay there again.

I loved this Airbnb so much. it is literally directly over all the action and I had a blast being in the center of it all. It also is surprisingly quiet in the bedroom despite being on the main street. The AC was excellent and I loved the balcony. if I could 10 stars I would. definitely goes into top 3 favorite Airbnbs I have stayed in.

Large downstairs apartment, had everything you could ask for. Close enough to walk to the center, and La Tora. Well worth the price, would recommend and return for short or longer stays.

Comfy stay

We had a fantastic stay at Gretel’s apartment! Communication was excellent from start to finish, making check-in and our entire stay seamless. The apartment itself is spacious, impeccably clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable visit. The location is unbeatable—right across from a large shopping mall with plenty of dining and shopping options. Plus, the free garage parking was a huge bonus. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Nice place, comfortable and with several shops

The place is perched in a lush beautiful garden that we enjoyed the moment we stepped in. It is central but away from the hustle and bustle of Calle Santander. Thank you Marion and Gerry for having us. Your place has been a home away from home. We truly enjoyed are stay. We are planning for a return trip already.

It is very close to the beach and the place is comfortable!

Perfect location! 3minute tuktuk to everything or 9-10mins walking. Sababa resort/ ferry doc/ and Mr mullets all in that distance. Pictures are accurate but much better in person! Highly recommend as host made everything super easy and willing to help with anything. OAN:If you use wash cloth for body they don’t supply. None of the location we stayed had them (we brung some so wasn’t an issue for us😂)

we loved our stay at the apartment! very spacious, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and free drinking water. good location (great breakfast on the other side of the alley!), quiet nights and the garden is stunning. definitely recommend!

If you need a place to sleep at a good price because you're sightseeing, it's a very good option, it's a few steps from the Viewpoint and a spa. Walking at a leisurely pace, in 15 minutes you reach Calle de las Sombreros and Calle de las Sombrillas and of course the pier that allows you to connect with the villages of Lake Atitlán. Marisol's availability and kindness are exceptional.

We had a wonderful stay in Panajachel! The location was perfect—close enough to everything we needed, yet quiet and peaceful for relaxing. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, with everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable visit. Communication was easy and responsive throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the little touches that made us feel welcome. We would absolutely love to stay here again when we return to Panajachel next year. Highly recommended!

From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless check-in was easy, and the space was spotless and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, close to the beach.

The best thing about the apartment is the view of the lake. It is located on the 10th level. The photos on the page are real. A very good location, it has parking, access to the pool, Jacuzzi and the hotel beach. Close to the Atitlan Reserve and other hotels that provide restaurant service, the town of Panajachel is a 5-minute drive away. Glenda met our needs, easy check-in and check-out.

Wow I can’t believe how beautiful and affordable this Airbnb was! I originally had only rented it so we can be closer to the port to transfer to Panajachel. But we were welcome by the most beautiful view I seen, the apartment itself is so spacious and because it’s in a Hostel it has so many amenities including a rooftop with a view and hammocks. I was so sad that we only spend a day here as this could have easily been my base camp for the whole trip. Super convenient location, clean, and the view… wow. What a great find!

Very nice apartment, with an extraordinary view of the lake. The whole place is very clean and worth the price paid. You just have to know that check-in is a bit complicated if you don't have an internet connection because the address is not precise and people don't necessarily know it (it was dark and it was raining for us too). So you have to print all of Johnny's tips in advance, which we didn't quite do. To make it perfect, you should also provide a mop for cleaning and an extra cloth. The kitchen is also quite basic, good for breakfast but otherwise we ate out (no gas in the stove and the problem was not resolved). But despite these clarifications, our stay was very nice and we would be happy to come back.

It‘s a rare thing to find a place that looks better in real life than in the pictures of the ad. This one is one of these. Very close to the town centre, situated in a beautiful garden. A real treat.

Phyllis is a wonderful host. She and Blaine have an absolutely gorgeous property; the pictures don't do it justice. We actually booked a different part of the property now and plan to stay much longer if we can! We love it here. It's a perfect distance from town so it's quiet and secluded, but still close enough so that walking is great. Would highly recommend this place. The wifi is great. Lovely cozy space. Stunning Views. Very unique stay, good location. It is an open layout and kind of outdoors. It can get loud with the dogs and the roosters so if sleeping is difficult for you, I wouldn’t recommend. There wasn’t any hot water. Overall decent stay

This space is roomy and bright. I loved laying in the hammock in the mornings. It is quite a hike up if you’re up for the exercise but the tuk tuk drivers know the place and bring you right up to the walkway leading to the gate.
