You will have a charming experience. You will be close to everything in this basic, clean, comfortable, and new apartment that is on the fourth floor of the building. In the space, you will have a large patio to spend time outdoors enjoying a spectacular view. You'll be close to restaurants, bars, tourist spots, and Spanish schools. It is perfectly suited for those who long for tranquility and privacy. It is just a 15 minute walk downhill (or a 5 minute tuktuk ride) to the popular hipster/holistic village of San Marcos La Laguna. From our road entrance up to the house there are 150 steps to hike, well worth it for the incredible view!

Casa Serenidad - A Santa Cruz Lakefront Stay

Casa Serenidad is a lakefront cottage with lush gardens secluded enough to be alone with nature, but within 3-5 minutes away from Isla Verde, a hotel with a restaurant that offers delicious food, and it’s usually open to the public. The property is only accessible by boat but its approx. a 15 minute walk to the town of Santa Cruz, and very close to kayak and paddle board rentals. We are about a 10 minute boat ride to Panajachel.

I have a nice apartment with a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and a beautiful view. The house was recently built, and has 3 apartments with separate private entrances. I am from San Pedro and I can recommend local activites and places to eat and drink. You will have a great time here, and you can even hear the birds singing from the apartment!
