I really and everybody else loved this Place. We felt kind of better than home because we saw all the bases covered. I mean they though of everything. Nothing was missed. We had a wonderful stay at Playa Nueva Romana! The property was beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Everything was spotless and well-equipped, and the beach access made it feel like our own little paradise. A special thank you to our host, Millicent—she was absolutely amazing! So warm, welcoming, and attentive. She made sure we were comfortable from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to accommodate any needs we had. Her communication was quick and helpful, and she truly made us feel at home. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely return. Thank you, Millicent, for such a memorable experience!

We have just stayed a month at Romena's. The apartment is very pleasant, spacious, clean, safe and quiet. Being retired , we only needed a supermarket and a nice beach for swimming within easy walking distance. We'll definitely be back.

Excelente estadía en familia, la pudimos pasar súper bien gracias al buen ambiente del condominio y las buenas atenciones de la host, la cual estuvo muy atenta.

Es un excelente alojamiento, me encantó mucho que tiene playa privada y la vista desde el balcón, donde se puede contemplar la playa, también Ricardo es muy amable y presente, cualquier cosa que necesites el sin duda accede a ayudarte. Me encantó todo, es muy probable que regrese.

Great location. Beach is walkable, but unless you're with Club Hemingway or Marbella beach chairs are not available.

El alojamiento es un lugar super exelente , se puede ir caminando a la playa en todo lo que necesite me asistieron con prontitud y sobre todo mucha amabilidad . Fue una estadia mega genial lo recomiendo al 100%

Excellent séjour. L’appartement correspond exactement à la description avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Le gérant a été très réactif à chaque fois que nous en avons eu besoin. Les espaces communs (piscine, plage….) sont très bien entretenus. La sécurité est ultra présente sur le site. La seule difficulté est de devoir prévoir à l’avance les invités potentiels dont le nombre est très restreint et dont les identités doivent être envoyées par le gérant à la résidence ( cette difficulté est liée à la résidence et non au propriétaire ). Nous serions très heureux de relouer cet appartement lors de notre prochain séjour !

Edwin is the host with the most, Airbnb was listed as described and nailed it. Within walking distance of Boca Chica Bleach and restaurants, supermarket, colmado and varies business, because convenience is key. Only recommendation, blackout curtains for the morning when the sun stays to rise. Thanks for your hospitality.

Sin duda regresaría de nuevo a hospedarme en la residencia :) Limpieza Impecable: El Airbnb estaba excepcionalmente limpio y ordenado a nuestra llegada. Cada rincón se encontraba muy bien cuidado. Comodidades Modernas: Las instalaciones proporcionadas son modernas y estaban en perfecto estado de funcionamiento. Desde los electrodomésticos y utensilios de la cocina hasta los dispositivos de entretenimiento, todo estaba en condiciones óptimas. Atención al Detalle: Se notó un cuidado especial en los detalles, desde la ropa de cama, servicios de limpieza, utensilios de cocina. Todo estaba arreglado con gusto y pensado para brindar una experiencia acogedora.

Fernando’s place was amazing! It was all we needed to relax & have fun. Fernando was very responsive. The pools and the beach were our favorite spot. The view is great! Great restaurants right across the street. Grocery shopping is great with easy delivery or walkable food stores. We felt safe; there were friendly security personnel all around. There is a restaurant on the premises which was great for pool snack. Our 7, 14, & 17 year old daughters had a blast! We now have a place to come back to when visiting Juan Dolio. El lugar estaba hermoso en excelentes condiciones, el complejo de Marbella es bello, es muy seguro es un lugar para compartir en familia y pasar unas excelentes vacaciones, los anfitriones muy atentos siempre contestaban a tiempo!
