todo bien, el gym recibe mucho sol, y algunos de los equipos se estan resecando por la radiacion, sin embargo el espacio es muy bonito

This is an amazing place to stay! I truly appreciated the comfort of the beds, the great quality of the pillows and the 5-start hotel bath towels. Francisco’s place is truly a gem in downtown Puebla y addition to the very well distributed space of the common areas and bedrooms. We felt like everyone in my family had their own space within the apartment. The apartment has EVERYTHING we needed for a very comfortable stay, modern and super clean. This is the only Airbnb where we were welcomed by the concierge and walked us through everything from the garage access all the way through light fixtures…Mario thank you for your service. Communication with Francisco was excellent, he answered all my questions in no time! He gave me options and was very helpful. Thank you 🙏. Returning to this spotless place is definitely a must!

Five stars are not enough for this place. Very comfortable, clean, and close to the Zocalo. Hosts were easy to get in touch with and responded quite quickly, even gave us advice on how to get there from the airport, transportation to use, even went as far as giving me a list of things to do. I definitely recommend that you don’t look anywhere else.

c'est difficile d'être original...tous les commentaires disent la même chose parce que s'est amplement mérité ! l'appartement est superbe, très bien décoré, très pratique, nous sommes restés un mois et nous étions comme à la maison. Jess et Carlos sont adorables, aux petits soins dès que l'on demande quelque chose (j'espère que je n'ai pas trop abusé...) mille mercis à vous deux et au plaisir de vous revoir.

Excelente lugar. Siempre fueron muy amables y atentos. En definitiva regresaremos siempre que visitemo Puebla. Mil gracias por todo ;)

Nosotros estuvimos en contacto con Ana, fue amable y muy comunicativa desde antes de la llegada. El lugar es muy bonito y hogareño, super seguro y en una excelente zona. Estuvimos muy cómodas y nos sentíamos seguras y relajadas, tuvimos todo para una estadía cómoda y relajada, mega recomiendo!

Nos hospedamos con José Luis en el corazón del callejón de los Sapos y fue una experiencia maravillosa. Desde el inicio, su hospitalidad fue excepcional: nos esperó hasta altas horas de la noche para recibirnos y estuvo siempre al pendiente de lo que necesitáramos. El alojamiento es precioso, muy limpio, ordenado y con una vibra acogedora que se siente desde que entras. Además, la ubicación no podría ser mejor: una calle llena de vida, arte y color, perfecta para vivir el verdadero espíritu de Puebla! Sin duda volveremos ☺️ Gracias, José Luis, por hacer nuestra estancia súper especial!

Overall a great stay - comfortable and great location. Good communication from the hosts as well. As mentioned in other reviews it is a little dark. It also does get a little stuffy as there are no windows. There is only the sliding door to the small patio however no screen so lets in bugs. The ceiling fan didn’t work, they sorted out a portable fan for us but this did take a day to organise.

El loft es bonito y nuevo, el edificio tiene muchas amenidades que se pueden ocupar y le da valor. El único detalle que tuve fue que a la llegada el edificio es poco claro en qué torre te encuentras entrando desde el estacionamiento. El anfitrión fue siempre atento y cordial. En general el departamento está limpio y es un buen lugar para una o dos personas. En general la zona es bonita y hay mucho que hacer.

I cannot say enough great things about Jess and Carlos’ Airbnb. The Airbnb is even cuter in person, has so much charm and was probably the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. It was super clean, the location was perfect, right next to the city center but also on a more quiet street. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Everything was excellent, even little details like recommendations, to helping me prepare a birthday surprise for my partner. They went above and beyond. If it I could give it more than 5 starts I would.

Juan Pablo and the rest of the staff took very good care of us. We enjoyed our stay.

Un lugar increíble, para descansar y también para poder trabajar. Todo en el Loft es perfecto. Al igual que en los alrededores, un espacio de mucha paz. Las anfitrionas siempre al pendiente, con una gran actitud y mucha educación.

Está bien el lugar, más que nada seguro para tu auto, lo único es que la regadera salía desparramada el agua y regaba todo, creo que deberían de darle mantenimiento a algunas cosas, de eso en fuera es cómodo y seguro el lugar.

El lugar está muy padre, la zona padrísima, Aquiles se ganó nuestros corazones de inmediato, el único detalle es que no supieron usar la regadera y no preguntamos por pena; pero de ahí en fuera, todo excelente, recomiendo ampliamente este lugar.

Por supuesto que lo considero para regresar por la ubicación y la privacidad, el espacio está bastante bello y ameno.

Solo lo usamos un rato para llegar después del Tecate Comuna, lo recomiendo mucho. Tardaron un poco el abrir el estacionamiento cuando llegamos, pero nada grave. Por el precio esta súper súper bien 👍 y también en una zona muy tranquila, da bastante confianza ☺️

Me encantó el loft, es pequeño pero perfecto para una pareja Queda cerca del centro y el lugar es muy tranquilo

lugar muy agradable, afuera del caos del tráfico entre calles y privado para no sufrir del ruido muy recomendable!
