Vacation rentals with beach access in San Pedro

My wife and I were staying elsewhere on the island and had a horrible experience with our first bnb. We decided to last minute book Bobbi's place instead and it really turned the trip around for us. Her bnb is so nice and clean and has a beautiful view of the water. It's removed enough, but still centrally located to all caye caulker has to offer. She helped with pick up and arranged a taxi for us when we left the island. She really made our trip better!

This place was amazing! We had a full size apartment that was fully stocked! The manager met us when we got there with rum punch drinks. The apartment was so beautiful! Everything looked brand new. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook. The beds were so comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. Fully stocked with all essentials. The pool and beach and pier were so relaxing. There was kayaks and cornhole but we didn’t use them. We would definitely stay here again if we came back!

We really liked our stay here! We were picked up from our water taxi and showed around on our way to the Airbnb. Javier was so nice and had great recommendations. The Airbnb was located just a block from the water and had tons of great restaurants and bars close by. The place was comfortable, we would stay here again!

What a sweet spot! Costa Nube is a beautiful accommodation, with everything we needed and more for a week long stay. The upstairs deck is gorgeous and we spent several hot afternoons there soaking in the view where the breeze made it cooler. Shower and bathroom were in great condition, AC worked well at nights. Grateful for the bikes as they (or a golf cart taxi) are needed to get to town (it's about 15-20 min bike on a pretty bumpy road - a good little workout and a headlamp-lit adventure at night!). Aldo and Kolleen were also so helpful with tons of recommendations, aloe for my sunburn, and help getting a taxi when our texts didn't go thru. Thank you for such a lovely time on Caye Caulker!

We stayed at one of Francis's Bay Blue Cottages and it was absolutely incredible. Francis was quite possible the best host we've ever had at any listing. He takes great pride in his property and it really shows. The property was pristine, private, quiet and a perfect piece of paradise. Francis was beyond friendly, very helpful with local recommendations and exactly what you want from your host. I cannot recommend this place enough. We will be back as soon as possible.

Title: A Perfect Waterfront Getaway! I recently stayed at this beautiful waterfront condo and it exceeded all my expectations! The modern amenities made our stay incredibly comfortable, and the multiple pools overlooking the beach and ocean were absolutely heavenly. The resort features two fantastic restaurant options, both offering delicious meals with stunning views. We also indulged in the spa facilities, which were top-notch, providing a perfect way to unwind after a day in the sun. The condo is impeccably maintained, and we were pleasantly surprised by the abundance of fresh towels provided. Additionally, the transportation to and from the airport was seamlessly arranged, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing escape. I can't wait to return!

Jose was very accommodating met me for an early check in. he was flexible and also helped me out on a late check out the next day for my family.

Simple, clean, and comfortable. Good value option. Far enough from the town center to be quiet. Close enough to enjoy an easy walk. Gordo was very friendly and helpful. Attentive without being intrusive.

If you want to be at the heart of what’s happening in San Pedro this is the place. Restaurants all over, golf cart rentals a block away, coffee shop across the street, bars next door. Everything is walkable. I still recommend a golf cart so you wander around the island. The host Chefy was great he was always responsive helped coordinate supplies and was a very friendly guy without being intrusive. This is the spot if you want to be at the heart of nightlife. Keeping that in mind bring earplugs and a sleeping mask.

Very private at the end of the island, dock and pool were very nice features and appreciated the snorkeling gear and kayaks!

Beautiful villa and surrounding area. The villa itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to prepare some simple meals. Cindy and Star and everyone we interacted with were wonderful. My favorite aspect of Belize is the genuine, welcoming, care, and kindness. Some things to know about the island itself and the area. There are not white, sandy beaches leading into the ocean like there are say in Mexico. Most swimming takes place while on snorkeling adventures. The restaurants nearby are good, but pricey. Some of the restaurants in town are more feasible , but it is a 30 minute bumpy golf cart ride in each direction. We did end up with two separate food poisoning cases in our group, from two different restaurants in town. My advice would be if it doesn’t taste fresh, don’t eat it. Our favorite place to eat was the farmstand. Great smoothies, sandwiches, coffee. Their local yogurt and salsa were top notch. Snorkeling is a must. Do a private with chocolate or Roberto!

The house was beautiful and the service from Marilyn our concierge was wonderful. She responded to our texts in 1-2 minutes! She was there to collect us at the airport, and she arranged our entire vacation. She was wonderful. I didn’t realize we needed to take a boat to San Pedro. It was a 2 minute ride with Senal our captain, and 2 round trips were included daily at no charge. Senal was great! He was on site every morning cleaning the pool, and he was there to ferry us back and forth whenever we requested. Our dryer blew a belt while we were there and Senal had it fixed by the next day. He took our wet laundry to another home and put it in the dryer for us…amazing! We had several meals prepared at our villa which we arranged thru Cellina which were great. The restaurant, Coconuts, is on site and we had several wonderful meals there. Our meals were prepared and served by August and another lady, and they were so friendly, and the food and service were top notch!I highly recommend !

Beautiful home with all the amenities needed. Great AC in every room. The views are breathtaking, windows everywhere. With that being said, outside noise is on the loud side. Especially on the weekend being right next to the split. If you are a light sleeper that could be an issue. Stephanie was the BEST! She was extremely helpful with arranging transportation to and from the airport. The meals at the hotel are delicious and at a great price. You can rent a golf cart if needed but we walked almost everywhere on the small island and didn't need one. Really enjoyed the stay and it is a true five star! The pictures don't lie, beautiful place! Would love to stay here again.

Fabulous communication by Ester from booking to departure from property. Anything and everything you need she can help. She booked my bd dinner reservation at a restaurant that really makes the celebrated person(s) feel special. She also booked an amazing full day of fishing, snorkeling, feeding tarpon & stingrays, and barbecuing our catch for our lunch on Caye Caulker. The property has fully stocked kitchens (2), each of the 3 BRs has its own bathroom plus a half bath upstairs and downstairs. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Comfortable beds. AWESOME private pier with a covered hut (thatched cover) at the end and 2 lounges & a hammock as well as bench seating. Access to the sea water is at the end of the pier too. Loved being able to go topside to another covered hut & hammock to watch the sunsets. Also 4 more lounge chairs closer to the house. THE MOST AMAZING VIEW of the sea, pier and palm trees. We feel it was worth the $ and would liked to have stayed longer. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at this property in Caye Caulker. Our host was extremely helpful with coordinating our transportation for arrival and departure, checked in on us to make sure everything was good, and provided us with great accommodation!

Prefect location ! Private but walkable distance to everywhere we needed to go ! Bikes were a plus . It was so cozy and we enjoyed the pool to cool off from the sun when we took a break from the beach . She was so amazing . Would recommend to anyone I know

I can not rave about this place enough. From our amazing host, Leila, who was so responsive and incredibly helpful before and during our stay. To the very peaceful location with all the amenities, the delicious food at the restaurant with amazing staff, and all staff onsite. I would recommend this Airbnb over and over again.

Emanuel was great with accommodating our needs and was readily available. Location is great. Our fishing guide picked us up right from the dock behind the property and there were plenty of great restaurants within a few minutes walk.

Vincent and Michael were both phenomenal!!! I am so glad that I chose to stay there. I really enjoyed myself and felt so welcomed by the both of them. I will definitely be returning soon 😊

The people are what made the place special. We had frequent meals at "La Cala" restaurant, at the center of the complex, next to the pool, facing the ocean. It had a quintessencial Caribbean feel. Nick, the owner of the restaurant, was a fountain of information about Ambergris Caye, and just about every time we went to the restaurant, we met great people. Our first evening there, we got copious amounts of complementary fried barracuda, courtesy of some guests who went fishing that day. We had a bit of sargassum while we were there, but that affected the whole cost. Because the hotel is set back from the beach a bit, it minimized the effect on our accommodation.

This was a great find! We truly enjoyed our stay and loved the view from our stay! It was so close to the split and surrounded by many great restaurants and cafes! Would definitely come back

This is our 3rd time staying here and we will come back again and again! It's a great central location, very spacious and comfortable room, directly across from our dive shop, and very clean. The hosts are fantastic! There's 6 units they rent out in this beachfront property. we usually rent 3 and bring our adult kids for an amazing family fun vacation!

What an amazing view to wake up to and go to bed to each day! The location was amazing. We were so close to restaurants, town and not too far from Secret Beach. If we wanted to have a relax day, no problem, we just sat on the verandah and enjoyed the view and sometimes could even hear live music from the patio!

My stay at the Palapa House was wonderful. Staff (Clara) took great care of my room and the location can't be beat. Beautiful ocean views and close to many great restaurants, fruit stands and convenience stores. Highly recommend staying here.
