My short stay with Luz & Dale was excellent! Very clean apartment with all essentials and a beautiful little patio area in the backyard. But what stands out most is their warm welcome and hospitality. They were so helpful! I will definitely come back! I would highly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed!

This quaint apartment is located in the center of town and the perfect location to experience all San Pedro has to offer. Close to the “beach” and all the spots on the water and close to town. Don’t get a golf cart - walk! Everything was so close and it was nice to walk and experience the town first hand. The apartment offered the best AC after a busy day on the island and a great place to rest before the next adventure. By far the best shower/bathroom I’ve seen in an Air BnB!

This property was outstanding! It is very clean and modern and check in was very easy. Chefy was a great host and responsive. He provided great restaurant recommendations (Caliente was our favorite) and put us in contact with a great golf cart rental company. The locations is convenient with a lot within walking distance or a short golf cart ride away. Overall an outstanding property that we highly recommend!

I must stress that the place has high end Appliances. You can tell they didn’t rush building the place. I felt right at home. The place is very comfy, and if you don’t make a conscious effort to leave you might just spend your entire time in the apartment. It’s in a perfect location in town. Close to all the restaurants, supermarkets and ferry. Didn’t use my golf cart much cause I walked everywhere. You will need the golf cart if you are going to Secret Beach. It’s a 40-45 min drive. About 15 min drive to Truck Stop. I will definitely stay there again if I visit. Can’t say enough about this place. The host was always available with any questions I had about the area and things to do. She provided a list of restaurants to eat for bkfast, lunch and dinner. Thanks again for making me stay as relaxing an enjoyable.

Amazing stay in a great location! Lucinda’s place was spotless and everything was in working order. There are many great restaurants nearby too. My mom, whom is very picky, absolutely loved her stay here as well! I would definitely stay here again.

Jonathon’s place was exactly as pictured and described. We were steps from the pools, hit tub, and bar. Some days we didn’t even leave. We transited everywhere via a rented golf cart. A pickup dock for excursions is also close by. Do yourself a favor and book now! It was a great experience.

We had a wonderful two week stay at Tropical Dream Villas. The property is in a good location, just south of the main downtown but about a 10 minute walk. Two blocks to the water. The road the property is on is not paved but you only have to travel 1/2 block off the main paved road. Gordo, the property manager was amazing. He picked us up a the ferry terminal and dropped us off at the end of our stay. During our stay, he was very hardworking, friendly and proactive. Wifi worked great. Kitchen is small but well equipped. Appreciated the free community washer and dryer. Will come again.

We loved our stay at Chefy's place! It was a perfect, central location to house us all and be able to explore all of Ambergris Caye.

This was an incredible stay! Sean was extremely helpful in recommending specific places for the excursions we wanted to do. This saved a lot of time and effort. Ms Nellie and crew were always on top of questions we had and arranging golf cart and whatever else we needed. The proximity to Ramon’s was a game changer; dive trips, mainland ruin/cave tour, last minute lunch / dinner. Also this house is private enough but right in the heart of San Pedro and super close to airport. Everywhere we went was a five minute golf cart ride away. We walked some times but it was also cool to drive the golf court around! The food on the island was delicious. I can’t wait to go back! Thank you Sean and Ms Nellie and crew for sharing your island and place with us !

Pista ‘s Babylon Beach Resort was a pleasant surprise. It is nestled right in San Pedro, on the beach. While the beach is still being built up, the location and quick response to any of our questions and asks outweigh any beach negatives. Don’t be swayed by the negative comments about the beach, you can always find a way onto the beach. We were made to feel at home. The 4 bedroom villa we had was clean and had plenty of space for us all. Thank you so much to everyone who made our stay so memorable, especially Marisol who even drove one of us to get two cases of beer from down the street. Eva were very responsive and attentive to all our needs during our stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Nick's amazing house. Very beautiful, clean and well kept house inside and out. The pool is magnificent with it's design and the beach is very private and we enjoyed it a lot. Zoby was super helpful with everything from check in to check out. Anytime we had a question, she was always there to answer it and help in any way. I would recommend renting a golf cart to get around as it's a little ways from town. There are places to eat and shop nearby. Thank you Nick, Zoby and crew for a fantastic time!

The house was beautiful and the service from Marilyn our concierge was wonderful. She responded to our texts in 1-2 minutes! She was there to collect us at the airport, and she arranged our entire vacation. She was wonderful. I didn’t realize we needed to take a boat to San Pedro. It was a 2 minute ride with Senal our captain, and 2 round trips were included daily at no charge. Senal was great! He was on site every morning cleaning the pool, and he was there to ferry us back and forth whenever we requested. Our dryer blew a belt while we were there and Senal had it fixed by the next day. He took our wet laundry to another home and put it in the dryer for us…amazing! We had several meals prepared at our villa which we arranged thru Cellina which were great. The restaurant, Coconuts, is on site and we had several wonderful meals there. Our meals were prepared and served by August and another lady, and they were so friendly, and the food and service were top notch!I highly recommend !

We loved our stay at Shades of Blue. It was very peaceful being away from town and having our own little getaway. The home is very comfortable with everything you need. We found a few restaurants within a 20 minute cart ride, but supermarkets are a farther drive. BelizeIt helped us with grocery delivery, snorkeling and fishing as well as booking massages at the house. They were amazing and very responsive. The only downside was that it was the windy season so a lot of seaweed was on the beach, making it impossible to swim from the beach. There was also so much sea grass around the dock, that we didn’t swim or snorkel like others said they did. But all-in-all we loved our stay!

My family enjoyed every moment we spent at Ken's place. The sunrise was phenomenal. We sat by the private pool everyday. Local restaurants were not too far away. It was quiet and relaxing. We will definitely be going back.

Gorgeous home with an unmatched view. Rented golf carts and had a great time visiting local restaurants and markets. Had amazing excursions, snorkeling and fishing. Highly recommend!! Terry was very helpful and friendly and responsive.

Palapa House is great. The king suite was roomy. It was nice having the kitchen although we never cooked there. The pool is a great amenity. You can't beat the location. It's close to town and to many bars and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay ~ would recommend ~ great location secluded enough to be out of crowded area yet close enough to get to many restaurants for dinner or excursions. Nice pool area and great open air bar and restaurant at the complex.

Perfect place for 2 couples and centrally located. The pool ended up being a perfect cool down and we even used the grill on a day when our dives were canceled due to windy conditions. The apartment was also pretty spacious and Yunior was always very responsive.

We loved our time at this property. It was so peaceful, out of town and quiet just what we wanted. We had the beach to ourselves. Would highly recommend anybody looking to disconnect and be away from the hustle and bustle.

Wow Wow WOW!!! Kathy and her team were AMAZING!!! We had a last minute trip change and they were able to accommodate us. The condo is perfect--it even had a separate work station. The pool was very inviting and what a VIEW!! They were able to turn a rocky start to our vacation into one of absolute joy and perfection. Thank you --we will be back!

Emanuel and the team Tradewinds were top notch. From golf carts, to laundry service, to recommendations, anything you need was provided. Loved our stay and Belize, can wait until our next visit!

We loved staying at Ron's place in San Pedro! It was a beautiful location. It is outside of the busy downtown area of San Pedro which is very nice. The pools were amazing! They have 6 pools and 2 hot tubs as well as a beach area to swim in. The swim up bar was so nice, the Banana Daquiri was delicious! The condo was so big and had everything we could need. It is nice that there is also a grocery and liquor store right there. We picked up a few things like water, Rum and juice. We were able to watch the Chiefs win the Super Bowl while we were there. It has a nice patio area to sit in and hang swim suits to dry. We also ordered pizza one night and it was a quick walk to the grocery store to pick it up. We ate breakfast and lunch at the swim up bar and both were delicious. The other nice thing was that all of our tours we booked picked us up right at the dock at Grand Caribe. That was beyond nice! Definitely would stay here again! Thank you, Ron!
