We offer an apartment with excellent connections to the center of Madrid, just a 5-minute walk from El Carmen metro station. It’s comfortable, functional, and fully equipped. We take care of every detail to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Reservations for tourism purposes are not allowed. The stay must be for work, academic, medical, family care, or other non-touristic reasons. Before arrival, it will be necessary to sign a rental agreement specifying the purpose of the stay.

Our cosy 40m2 studio is located in Barrio Quintana, in the north-eastern area on the outskirts of Madrid. You will stay in an area full of shops and services, away from the hustle and bustle of the centre, but with easy access to it: we are 30 minutes by Metro from the centre (Puerta del Sol) with a direct line from the Quintana stop which is 450m away :) Plus: pets friendly! ;) Accommodation is available for short-term stays and requires the signing of a lease agreement.

Quiet neighborhood but with restaurants, supermarkets, stores and shops within easy reach because it's on Calle Alcalá. The Docamar restaurant is next door (the best patatas bravas in Madrid). The Plaza de Toros de Ventas is a 15-minute walk away. There is SmartTV, A/C and Wi-Fi.
