Nicola was very responsive when booking as I had accessibility requirements that were needed. He worked with me to make sure our Nonna would be comfortable and have privacy without the use of stairs. The views were spectacular and the pool was much appreciated in the August heat. There was plenty of room and space for all 11 of us to enjoy our time together and take a break if needed. We enjoyed fireworks right from the terrace nearly every night as it was festival season and ventured down to the marina a few times. I would highly recommend Nicola’s Villa to larger families or groups. Thanks so much!

We stayed in this apartment on New Year's Eve, and had a very good time. We loved the company of the dogs and the kitten of the property, very affectionate. Roberta was a really kind and helpful host. In particular, she was very kind to reschedule a meeting in the following days, as once the stay was over, I realized that I had left an item in the apartment. She got it back and brought it back to me, thank you very much.

It was an extremely enjoyable experience. The house is beautiful, the road to access it is a little difficult but it is worth the "effort". The host Maud is very pleasant and kind, always available. You'll find everything you need in the house. The plus is the dishwasher and the washing machine, not to mention the small pool on the roof. If I have to be picky, I found inaccuracies about cleanliness, but I think both the host and the house make up for this. I would go back a thousand more times.

Wow! What an amazing time we had at David’s place in Palmoli. The house is every bit as incredible as the photos with sweeping views over the Italian countryside and complete privacy. The interior has been so thoughtfully and tastefully decorated with lots of home comforts while respecting the history of the buildings. Beds were comfortable and we all slept so peacefully. Special mention too for the best equipped kitchen we’ve had in any Airbnb. And then the private and immaculate pool is the icing on the cake. We were sorely tempted not to explore past the boundary of the grounds, but can strongly recommend the beachside towns onto the Adriatic which are all 30-45 mins drive away: Vasto, San Salvo and Termoli. Carmela was a wonderful host. The breakfast on the terrace was delicious with a beautiful view. The place was spotless and the surroundings were absolutely beautiful. The pool was a huge bonus. We enjoyed walking through the village nightly and going to the market on Wednesday. The location was great to visit other towns in Molise. You will not regret booking a peaceful stay here.

We met the in-laws, who welcomed us in a very friendly way. We spent 1 night here and felt very comfortable in the house. The water pressure could be a little stronger.

we were a group of 11 and had plenty of space. there was no soap when we showed up which was probably our fault, but they brought some over right away. So bring your own soap. the kitchen was easy to use but could use a few more updated pots and pans. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing. The surrounding area is beautiful but a bit far from activities and attractions but close enough to many grocery stores. overall it was good for us

Very nice apartment, perfectly clean and very spacious, on two floors, with two terraces. It is in all respects as advertised, and the bedding is impeccable. It is located in the most pleasant neighborhood of Bari, very quiet, with small white buildings. We are close to the old town so pretty, the beach facing the lighthouse island, the lively central square. Mary and her husband are very responsive and welcoming. The area is splendid, we spent 4 wonderful days at the end of September, pleasantly warm and much quieter than July or August.

Mrs. Maria is an exceptional host, the Studio is very clean and very comfortable, all new and functional. I highly recommend it. Thank you Maria for your hospitality.

We traveled all day and when we arrived Nicola had supplied us with snacks and breakfast for the next day. The kitchen is stocked with all things necessary to cook meals. There is a grocery store a few doors down the street that has anything you would need and a butcher a few doors down for there. Also, a green grocer truck comes down the street most mornings offering fresh fruits and vegetables. This place is a home and you feel it from the start. Even though it is very spacious, it feels like a warm hug. The beds and beddings are comfy, the bathrooms spacious with lots of hot water, and the garden and views are breathtaking. From the huge upper patio you can see neighboring villages and the vast rolling hills. We were there in the Spring and were witness to the grapevines changing from sticks to then leafing and then we saw tiny clumps of grapes beginning to form. This is such a wonderful place; I hope many people can experience the peaceful setting and warm people of the village.

the place is just as I hoped, quiet and in the middle of centuries-old olive trees,and in a strategic position where you can easily reach several beautiful beaches. Antonio is also a very helpful and nice person.

Sonia and Nicolino are truly exceptional hosts, very kind, helpful and heartfelt. Great check-in as well as checkout. House with a very nice garden with two terraces overlooking the sea. Also a nice manicured lawn and also great parking. The car stays inside the fence safely and directly next to the front door, so very convenient. We loved everything and we'll be back for sure. Staying in this apartment was like feeling at home, but in a wonderful home, surrounded by a pine forest overlooking the sea. Francesco was always present and available to us and helped us get around the island and introduced us to other wonderful people. From the very beginning, he passed on his love for the island and made us fall in love too, giving us advice and telling us stories. Everything is perfect in the apartment. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well-stocked and the house is really quiet. If I could, I'd be back tomorrow.

Building is a former textile factory that has been converted mostly to residences. Located in the touristy section of Termoli, it is within walking distance of the wonderful beaches, the Borgo Antico, and convenient places to shop and eat. Terrace garden is private to the Airbnb rental, over looks the harbor, and has wonderful lemon and other fruit trees. If you’re looking for a place with character, this is it. Claudio lives next door and is always available to assist.

Did my homework and it paid off … only complaint? Wish I discovered this place sooner . James and Judy are just lovely and they are super hosts for a reason ….they don’t miss a beat,super efficient, always available and a phone call or text away. Their black binder is a treasure trove of information..it’s all there!! The casa is within steps away to heaven and restaurants. Vasto is perched above sea level, the lookout vista outlines the whole side of the town with restaurants and a spectacular view of the bluest Adriatic Sea… on a clear day you can see the Tremiti islands which is a 50 minute boat ride away . The casa is in the cobblestone pedestrian only area , its peaceful, walkable with church bells and cooing pigeons in the background. It has a medieval castle a palazzo you can visit with all kinds of art and artifacts dug up from the Roman Empire and a mosaic floor nearby with Roman baths .. the house felt like home including the bed and it was very clean comfortable and private

Lidia's apartment is large and is wonderfully located a few steps from the sea. Everything is available in terms of amenities. You can use both a terrace to yourself in front of the house or stay in the communal garden behind the house by the sea. But the best thing about our stay is that we met Lidia and her dog Judy. Lidia is such a good-hearted, generous and warm-hearted woman, which has beautified our stay. She has helped us with numerous tips on great regional specialties and also supported and translated with information in everyday life. In addition, she was very generous with various regional delicacies. Judy is a very nice dog and takes good care so we felt very safe. It was wonderful to get to know life on site and the people there, but at the same time you also have your privacy and can retreat at any time. We had a great time, thank you Lidia!

Nice base to visit both the villages in the mountains, but also close to the sea. The house is equipped with every comfort. Very neat bedrooms and nice kitchen. Everything is available and clean. Stunning views over the mountains from the balcony. Manuela and her husband are super nice hosts. We'll definitely be back.
