The place is very beautiful and the hosts respond very quickly and are very attentive, the facilities are very clean, tidy and match the listing, the place is accessible, near San Juan la Laguna and San Pedro, I loved staying at that place and I highly recommend it. I stayed in all 3 AirBnB rooms at Carlos' Seite Volcanes' suite over 4 months and loved each one! I even had family visit who opted to stay in the San Marcos' center instead at Lush Atitlan; However, after they visited my spot at Carlos', they wished they had taken my suggestion to stay here instead. The view is unmistakable; the Spanish colonial aesthetic is flawless; the lush tropical garden is mature; the privacy is serene. Seite Volcanes is close enough to town to stumble to the lake-front in less than 10 minutes but not so close that your sleep is subject to the howling of street dogs or bar-hopping tourists. In fact, it's nestled quietly away in a forested area off a safe side-road. I never once had a problem with access to great aminities either: constant high-speed internet access, round-the-clock strong hot water pressure, and an on-site washing machine. Top all that off with one of the best hosts on this site, and you might just extend your stay by an extra month like me!

The place is very nice, perfect to disconnect from the city routine. Dan and the locals were very kind! The kitchen utensils are very characteristic of the place, it really was a great stay! We didn't even want to go out to the village, since we had everything in one place: landscapes, tranquility and a cozy accommodation. Just as a recommendation, if you're going to cook, bring everything you need because otherwise you'll have to go to town to buy it.
