Vacation rentals with lake access in San Pablo City

Worth the drive! Stayed here with friends and we had the best time. The hosts were super accommodating and even had flowers waiting for us when we arrived—such a sweet touch! We were 9 in the group, but the place felt really spacious, with so many spots to just chill and hang out. I also loved all the art pieces around the house. Perfect spot to unwind! We swam, kayaked (they’ve got life vests), and even enjoyed being offline for a bit (the Wi‑Fi was stable for anyone needing to catch up on work). 5/5, would totally go back! Big shoutout to Kuya Jason who helped out whenever we needed something during the trip. Thanks, Eia & Tito Ji! 😊

I know that there are so many choices if you want to stay around Cavinti. I actually don’t know how I managed to stick with talking to the owner, but it was totally worth it. The place was so beautiful and private. Tatang who assisted us was extremely kind and accommodating. I have no negative comments. As in! The price was totally worth it. Even the owner recommended some places to visit and things to do. If I go back to the Philippines, I would love to visit the place again. Some of my relatives have already asked me about it, and they want to go back immediately! We actually wanted to stay longer, but we have kids with classes and exams. Everything was awesome. I hope everyone can read my review. It was definitely great! Nature, Peaceful, Private, The place was all to ourselves! Recommended!

A perfect place to spend time with family when you opt for a peaceful nature escape, plus a private lake to swim in right in the backyard of the villa. The surroundings are wide with serene views. We'll be back for sure, but it's much more convenient when the pool is also well-maintained and the beddings are fresh and neat.

The place was very spacious and the location was great. I like that there's a lot of places to lounge around the property and activities to do at the property itself. Only thing i found lacking was the appliances and amenities were a bit dated but overall we had a great stay. The property was just as described.

The house is clean, cozy, and gives off nostalgic, homey vibes—like visiting your grandparents during a family celebration. It’s in a quiet neighborhood near a sari-sari store run by a friendly lolo and lola, who may help arrange a tricycle ride if one is parked nearby. The interior is well-kept, though the front grass could use trimming and the exterior might benefit from a fresh coat of paint. Please note that GrabCar pickup isn’t available at this location—the app doesn’t offer it here. However, GrabFood and GrabMart do work, though you may need to coordinate with drivers as the map sometimes shows the wrong street. It might be a mapping issue or just a wierd coincidental glitch.

We have been spending our holy week here for the past 3 yrs and each time, the house has something new. super enjoyed the bigger jacuzzi and liked the kitchen improvements too. Ate Gigi, as always, been very helpful to us. Thank you so much!!! Very relaxing vacation.

The unit was as advertised and very clean. Towels, and toiletries were provided for, as well as drinking water from the dispenser and kapeng barako sachets. The unit is very accessible at the first floor and you can see the Taal Volcano as soon as you step out of the unit. Entire unit is airconditioned as well and beds were comfortable. However, wifi signal was a little weak in the area. You can also order from Pastita restaurant (unit provided the menu) and get your food delivered right at your doorstep. We enjoyed the coffee and their lasagna. Worth the try! They were very accommodating to allow us to check-in earlier and patiently waited until we arrived. Self check-out went smoothly. Overall it was a good experience. Will consider going back.

Our family had such a relaxing and peaceful stay at Yolly's. The place was tranquil, perfect for a relaxing getaway. If you are looking for a place to unwind that is peaceful, private and serene, this is definitely the place to be. We look forward to going back again this summer.

Clean. Safe. Quiet and relaxing. Most of all, the owner and the caretakers are very responsive and accommodating. They are of great help during our stay! We had a great weekend!

The place felt like we were in an island. The house had plenty of space and complete kitchen, bedroom and bathroom amenities. We enjoyed walking around the island, sitting under the tree all day- enjoying the fresh breeze, and the bonfire at night. The host was so responsive and checking in on us. Kuya Marlon, the careraker, was super helpful. he made sure we had everything we needed. One of the best vacations Ive had.

Very responsive host. The caretakers (especially Jessica) was really helpful and always there to assist if we have questions. The place is beautiful and same as what's shown in the picture here in Airbnb. The price is reasonable for 2 bedroom accomodation. The kitchen is complete with cooking utensils. The fridge needs cleaning though as it looks like meat was put in there before we arrived. One thing, the television in our accommodation was broken and we can't watch anything during our stay. It was raining and windy during our stay so it would've been nice to stay inside and watch movie on a bigger screen. Overall, we will still come back and enjoy the place in summer.
