This property is amazing. A little far from the main city, but you get a quieter and more chill environment, away from the traffic jams and the city rush, it’s a really nice property. Loved it. Would definitely recommend it and would definitely be visiting again.

Lovely, well appointed house in the middle of a very local neighborhood. The hosts were very thoughtful in setting out every single amenity and modern convenience for their guests. We stayed for 3 weeks and highly recommended their place.

Thanks very much for Lily's hospitality! We are a big family (6 people including the elderly and children) traveling to Chiang Mai for the first time. Lily made us feel right at home and made us feel the beauty of Chiang Mai! First of all, the house itself is too big! The 6 of us stayed in 3 bedrooms and had a very comfortable rest. Lily's house also has a very large yard with a variety of plants and big trees, as well as kittens that come to visit, giving the children the opportunity to be in a natural environment. Second, Lily is a miracle worker! She is beautiful, generous, and an artist herself. She is gentle to the people, small animals, and flowers around her. To start the morning, Lily took our whole family to experience the historic banyan tree next door, which is said to be older than the history of Chiang Mai; took us to a beautiful cafe to enjoy a delicious and healthy brunch; took us to a small restaurant in the village to eat delicious and cheap Chiang Mai food. She even made us pure and natural milkshakes, Thai milk tea and other amazing food! Lily is an artist and a thoughtful conservationist. Talking to her taught me a lot of knowledge about healthy living, from how to choose cooking oil to how to take care of pets and how to treat snacks, etc., it was really rewarding! Finally, let's talk about the environment. Lily's house is in Hangdong, a beautiful and cozy environment. At first, we were a little worried that we were not familiar with Chiang Mai and that it would be inconvenient to stay in Hangdong. It turns out there was no need to worry at all. As long as there is bolt, it's easy for us to go anywhere. I think if I have to say something I regret, I think I should have stayed here a few more days, calmed down, and thought about my life. There is no need to rush, slowly enjoy the beauty of Chiang Mai.

Our family was looking for a last minute get-away to Chiang Mai and surroundings. We selected this listing based on the location and were very happy with our choice. We stayed at the holiday villa with two kids and two adults. The house is situated on a beautiful compound which is not too far off the main road towards Chang Mai. The house itself if bright, clean and very well equipped. The quality of the house itself and the furniture/ amenities is higher than what you normally get in Thailand according to our experience. The location is fantastic for both the city and going in to nature, however a car is required. We recieved a very warm welcome at arrival and during our stay and we would recommend this to anybody looking to explore this region.

Daow (bob's ex wife) who was taking care of the Airbnb at the time I stayed with a friend of mine was the best host ever!!! I highly recommend to stay at this place, if you're after an authentic and quiet area where it's not too crowded with tourists. I stayed at the main big house whilst there were other little houses surrounding it with other tourists. They have a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, own bathroom. I had already planned my activities prior to coming and advised Daow of this - who was very helpful getting into contact with her friends who offer this. She had connections with the Elephant sanctuary and ATV quad bikes. The rest of the other days we figured it ourselves, the area we stayed in also has a 7 eleven, massage place, cafe (heads up they only sell drinks there), Pizza restaurant and many banks surrounding it (convenient for cash withdrawals) nearby which made it more convenient for us. It's also safe to walk around :) Easy 11/10 for me : )

Their location is very close to the airport, though initially a bit tricky to find; offers full amenities, we had comfortable beds, has a clean interior, provides prompt responses from the host, facilitates easy communication. It is a lovely house, allows for Grab delivery at any time, and is easily accessible for private transfer drivers.

For those wishing to have peace of mind, safety, and an experience or a real Thai countryside, this is a brilliant stay.

We stayed here for 6 weeks and loved everything about the apartment and location. Nice king bed, good wifi, smart tv, good water pressure in shower, hot water, etc. The bed linens are amazing. There’s even a top-notch water filtration system so you can drink the tap water in the kitchen. 2x AC units in the bedroom and kitchen/living room. The hosts were great as well. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed 2 weeks in Jen’s place and it was incredibly amazing! In just a few minutes, you’ll reach the airport or old city town. Easy access to food and laundry. Jen and Joe are very responsive hosts as well! It was a bit hazy at chiang mai and they even sent us an air humidifier. This place is highly recommended as it got everything you need. This is our second time here and Yumi and Geoff are as nice as ever! They have a cute cat Misty that will visit and wait on the door. The place is really nice and spacious and has a nice outdoor area. Looking forward to staying here again!

We spent a month at this condo and never regretted our choice. The host made things easy for us and responded quickly when we needed him. The location was terrific. It was within walking distance of a huge mall and a 15-minute ride to the Night Market. The pool was huge and we always felt safe. We would highly recommend this place!

Meena's place was comfortable and cozy as a home away from home. In particular, the bedding was cleanly maintained, and it was comfortable and so nice. In particular, Mina was considerate enough to allow us to check out late, so we were able to rest well. The location and the condition of the accommodation were all good. I will never forget my trip in Chiang Mai.

We have stayed in a few different hotels/ home stays in SE Asia and this was by far the best one! In terms of value for money you won’t beat it. The rooftop pool, gym, sauna, steam room and the apartment itself really exceeded our expectations. Great area, not too far from the Old town. Highly highly recommend 😁.

Beaut’s place was incredibly clean and cozy, located in a very pleasant area with everything within easy reach. Beaut was a fantastic host she shared all her recommendations with us and was always ready to help and offer suggestions.

One of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. It’s cozy, but very clean, comfortable, and meticulously furnished. These hosts could literally teach lessons on how to Airbnb a home. They provided a detailed guide with everything from restaurant recommendations to emergency contact info. The kitchen was small but equipped with things you don’t see in many regional Airbnbs such as a toaster, a gourmet coffee maker, and a generously-stocked snack tray that was replenished twice during our stay. They even had robes in the closet! (I didn’t wear them, but it was nice they were there. 🙂) The location is extremely convenient, in walking distance to probably hundreds of great restaurants and cafes in the Nimman area. We’ve stayed at several places in this area, but none with such amazing mountain views from the balcony and bedroom. We liked it so much, we extended for as long as we could.

Nice clean apartment in a convenient location just outside of the heart of Chiang Mai. I loved the fact that the location was not located in the old city which gave me a chance to explore more of Chiang Mai. Clean, confortable with access to gym, infinity pool, numerous shops on site such as a coffee shop, massages and there is a 7-eleven located perfectly across the road. Would recommend 100%

Very friendly host and recommended some places for dinner places with nice views on request. Places is very accessible and easy to go around. Private and no noise disturbance. Recommended

I am very happy with our stay. Wonderful apartment, lovely rooftop bar and good gym. Very good location of the apartment. Golf was an excellent host and always helped us, we got to check in early and check out late with just a small fee. Would stay here again!
