Vacation rentals with a fire pit in San Pa Tong District

The best value for money in a Chiang Mai pool villa. The location is superb. Unlike other villa areas, it's not far from the city. Restaurants and supermarkets are just outside. The people in the villa area are very quiet and won't be noisy. Very comfortable to sleep at night. Friends who want to come on vacation can come. About 15 minutes to Nimman Road. 10 minutes to Tha Phae Gate.Ten minutes to Central Festival.The biggest mall. In a very central area.

This was our 2nd stay at Blue Sky Private Pool Villa, and would not hesitate to stay again! Kasin, Sandra and all the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and responded to our messages/requests very quickly, and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The house is modern, spotlessly clean and very comfortable and is perfect for up to 6 people. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower, basin/sink and toilet. The linen on the beds was clean and fresh, and nice fluffy towels were also provided. The free breakfast at the 42 Garden Cafe was nice and simple and sufficient to start the day. The location is relatively quiet, but still conveniently close to all the action of Chiang Mai. There's a small village/shopping area/market at the end of the street (about a 1-2 minute drive, or less than 10 minute walk) with a huge variety of fantastic local food, all the usual merchandise, plus a 7-Eleven, a large Tops supermarket and various other shops. I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Chiang Mai! The space is not only incredibly comfortable but also thoughtfully decorated with stylish and cozy touches that made it feel like home. Everything I needed was there—from a fully equipped kitchen to a comfy bed. It’s clear the host has put a lot of care into making the place both functional and inviting. The location is quiet yet conveniently close to great cafes, markets, and temples. Highly recommended—I’d definitely stay here again!

This place is perfect, if you want to be in a walkable area to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Our group of seven (7) had plenty of space to spread out. FYI, there are 4 floors which equals lots of stairs. The on-site greeter, Lucy, was VERY helpful and provided lots of good recommendations. If ever in the area again, I’ll book this property!

The Doi Kham Villa is indeed a peaceful retreat at the foot of the hills! The villa was spotless clean. Check in instructions was clear and all communications went well. The kitchen was very well equipped. It’s been great stay! Thanks Sean!

We had a great stay at this place. It is in a very quiet neighborhood, and yet not far from restaurants and cafes. The house has a traditional vibe, and it is well-maintained and comfortable to stay in. The garden is huge, and we really enjoy the mountain view there. It is easy to get around and explore places if you have a scooter. We liked this place a lot.

Spectacular facility with all kinds of space with pools and building with other amenities as listed. Very peaceful, quiet and family/kid friendly. Good security. Plenty of room for one or two people. Great television and Wi-Fi with balcony views. I find most beneficial is a comfortable sofa for 2 to relax watching television or conversation. Huge mall next door. Actually more like an 8-minute walk to the mall over a footbridge and small canal. Besides the mall there isn't much within short walking distance, but the mall has most anything you need anyways. Other than that you'll need taxi or some transportation beyond. In final analysis this facility I highly recommend.

The owner is very friendly, the environment is very good, there are several huge swimming pools, and it's close to a big shopping mall, it takes less than 5 minutes to get there, the food is very convenient and worth going again

Great stay experience, comfortable room

IIt has everything you need and Sarocha is so responsive! The condo is very convenient for workcation and it has 3 pools and big common area. Walking to the mall was so easy! Only 15 mins to old city. I will definitely come back!

I’m gonna miss this place!!

My family is so fond of this forest cottage, especially the kids, love the pool, plants and all kinds of animal crawling at night (the host reminded that the tiger can be heard) Kids walking barefoot in the room and yard, this is what it feels like to live in nature.The yard is too big and happy to watch. We drove by ourselves, the location provided by the host was very accurate, found it right away, and also warmly ordered a bonfire for us because it was already dark when we arrived.A lot of fruits and bread were well prepared and we didn't finish eating it for a week. In addition, I clean the house every other day, change the sheets and pillowcases, but also to help wash the laundry, which is really convenient and comfortable during the trip. We stayed for a week before we fell in love with it.
