Family-friendly vacation rentals in San Nicolás

Fabulous stay in Palermo. Walkable to bars and restaurants, and easy to get a cab to other areas of BA. The windows of the apartment are floor to ceiling and let in so much light. The terrace is great, just be careful as the railing is a little lower than standard!! Can not recommend this Airbnb enough! There is a washer and dryer on site, you just need to get a key from security and token are store down the street-easy enough to do just a little extra run around.

We love every minute we stay in Alejandro's apartment, he alone is a love of a person, gave several tips on where to go and what to do ! The view of the apartment is beautiful, the concierge works 24h, there is metro, restaurants and fast food close to go ! The building has a great structure with gym, sauna and even laundry (you have to book laundry). We stayed 7 nights and had full assistance from Alejandro answered our whats whenever he could, msm he tbm being on vacation. Super recommend me my wife and my daughter enjoy everything !

Wonderful stay! Emilia was a dear from the beginning. The flat is beautiful and well located. Everything was clean and we were very well assisted at all times. The reception staff were polite and helpful. The space is very comfortable, has a balcony overlooking the street, is very well located and safe. The bed linens are wonderful and the kitchen is well-equipped with the minimum necessary items. I recommend it to everyone at AirBnb.

The apartment is very comfortable and very complete, you really don't need to bring anything to be comfortable!!! The location is a great, quiet area close to everything. In the bathroom, impeccable, you find amenities like in a 5*. Also, in the kitchen, coffee, tea, sugar,... Really Elizabeth cares to make your stay pleasant and comfortable!!

Host communicated really well. Location is definitely the highlight of this Airbnb. Unfortunately the shower pressure changes constantly which could be bothersome but other than that everything was great!

We loved Laura's flat. It is old fashioned, a great balcony for meals, very peaceful and had everything we needed. It is extremely well located on the edge of Recoleta. We would stay there if it is available the next time we go to Buenos Aires

Everything was excellent, as a criticism I would only say that the mattress is a bit uncomfortable. But as for the rest of the facilities, location and service, everything is a 10!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Buenos Aires! The location was perfect—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to local restaurants, shops, and public transportation. Carol’s apartment has stood the test of time very well, and you feel like you are transported back Buenos Aries around the time the apartment was built. But, Carol has lovingly tended to many key details of comfort: modern air conditioning, pristine refurbished kitchen, two en suite bathrooms. The apartment is close to the subway, bus, myriad of restaurants, grocery stores, and much more. This is a safe area and the building is always secure. The elevator to the second floor is still operating well and from the last century (very cool!). Carol allowed us flexible arrival and departure time which was very generous of her. Additionally, she arranged to have her driver Alex at our disposal to/from the airport, to/from the port. I can’t wait to return to Buenos Aries and stay here again!

We had a great time visiting Buenos Aires. Carolina’s place is wonderful for families, super spacious, kitchen is extremely equipped, super calm, quiet and clean. Great neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants, playgrounds and markets. Highly recommend, super convenient. Host is super responsive and great communication!

The apartment is very nice and cosy but a bit dark, not as bright as in the pictures. Though I guess it's unfortunately the same for many apartments in Buenos Aires. Otherwise, the location is very convenient, especially for tango dancers, as it's a 3min walk to La Comedia and a 12min walk to El Beso, which are two main venues for milongas in the city. There are convenient stores and many restaurants in the area. Oscar is a great host, very reactive to any issue that I could have during my stay and he speaks a very good English! ;)

Luciano was willing to respond to our concerns from the first moment, giving us everything a tourist needs to make the stay wonderful. He's a real host as expected by AIRBNB. The place is amazing to rest and enjoy the city.

Florencia's Place was the perfect start to our Argentinian Experience! It was easy to find, a quick uber/taxi from the airport. It matched the description perfectly, the only thing we didn't see or hear of was the washer. But it was a wonderful stay, in great location and a wonderful book of recommendations! Would highly suggest staying here if visiting Argentina. Thank you Florencia & Cecilia! :)

Excellent stay! Perfect location, close to several cafes, restaurants and markets. Apartment with all amenities. We were with our 5-year-old son and it was possible to make several specific preparations for him in the kitchen. Graciela is a great host and responded quickly to all messages.

Angelica’s place is very nice and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is truly perfect — just steps away from the Jardín Japonés, Avenida Libertador, Avenida Las Heras, and all the beautiful parks in the area. It’s a great neighborhood to walk around and enjoy the best of Buenos Aires. The building itself is also very nice and feels safe and well-maintained. Communication with Angelica was excellent throughout our stay. She was always friendly, responsive, and easy to talk to. We had a couple of minor issues, but they were resolved quickly and didn’t affect our experience in any way. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to stay at Angelica’s place again in the future. We also wish her many more wonderful guests!
