Monthly Rentals in San Nicolas

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Ingrid was very proactive in sending information about check-in and directions, and very responsive to messages. We did have a little trouble finding it. Ingrid sent a link to the direct location, but it was for iPhone. We have Android phones, so it wouldn't locate the address, and it was dark, but we found it with a little investigation. After that it was easy to get to by navigating to the Grotto of Lourdes Outdoor Chapel, and it was just north of there. The house was tidy, the pool area was well maintained, and the little patio was a perfect place to hang out. There's a drying rack on the patio that we used every day, as well as the cooler and beach chairs she provides. We did spend quite a bit of time on the north end of the island, and in hindsight, might have chosen a place farther north as we spent quite a bit of time driving. The outdoor spaces were charming, comfortable, and quiet. I just wish we had spent more time at the house!

Great place! Would stay here again. This was our first time to Aruba. We came for two weeks for our honeymoon. The cost to stay at Anja’s place on the SE side of the island was the determining factor for our choice to stay here. We had all the amenities without the crowds. We did drive almost every day 30 minutes across the island in our little Kia Picanto rental car to our favorite Eagle Beach! Aruba received record rainfall during two of our fourteen days on the island. It was pretty awesome to witness. A little bit of water drained in under the front door from the front patio but the little bit of fresh water didn’t “rain on our parade.” The open white-tiled breezy front patio was a great spot to eat some home cooked breakfasts before heading out on our daily Aruban adventures. Well appointed kitchen equipped with a nicer range than our own home has, was fun to cook in with the lizards (iguanas and others) and birds hanging out just outside the kitchen sink window! This was my second visit to Renato's place. And I will definitely return again. The setting is so beautiful and peaceful with a gorgeous view to the Ocean. Renato goes above and beyond to make my/guests stay perfect. The pool area is absolutely stunning, and so nice to have a private place to cool down. Nearby you can drive to wonderful local restaurants, Baby Beach, and Mango Halto. This is a perfect place to immerse in the culture. The local Arubians are so incredibly kind. I highly recommend staying with Renato, it truly is a Blissed Hilltop getaway.
