incredibly responsive host, went over and above to make sure we were well cared for. I'm very thankful to have such a spacious and private area for the two families that stayed in the property. there were total and we never felt cramped. the back patio is a particularly nice space, and balcony for the king bed suite was super cool!

My family stayed at this home on April 10-18 and we were super impressed with how many different rooms there were and how spacious it felt. Each room had beautiful artwork and tasteful furniture and details. My husband and I shared the large master bedroom and my daughters shared the other bedroom and felt very comfortable. They also enjoyed watching on their own tv at night, as did my husband and I. The kitchen was modern and had everything we needed to make full meals. The location is perfect and each morning we heard beautiful bird sounds and we were also a short walk to the malecon or boardwalk.

Es el tercer año consecutivo que alquilo este Airbnb por mi cumpleaños y siempre me llevo una grata experiencia. Tanto el Sr Guido como sus hijas, que son quiénes me atendieron en esta ocasión, son súper amigables y te brindan toda la info necesaria además de responder rápidamente a mis consultas. Es un espacio muy bonito para compartir con tu pareja, familia o amigos de confianza. Gracias nuevamente por esta buena y linda experiencia :)

If you’re staying in Lima and don’t want to hang out in a high rise, this place is it. Don’t look any further - schedule your trip around the availability. Our family of 5 had more than enough room to spread out and there was likely easily enough room for 5 more. Everything is stocked from the kitchen to the closets, natural gas, grill, etc. The backyard is something we just don’t have in North America/Europe. You’ll be blown away. Also the hosting crew will go above and beyond. We had to switch a gas tank for hot water - Saul was there in 15 minutes. We also had a completely unrelated issue to the stay - our photographer for family pictures just completely flaked on us. Within 12ish hours they had a replacement just based on their own networks. If you’re thinking Peru ‘sounds’ scary because of what you read on the internet, you couldn’t be more wrong. Everyone was wonderful and welcoming - and the above are just great examples of that.

Excelente lugar, volvería más de una vez. Lo único que quizá en lo personal diría que puede mejorar es tener una TV más moderna, pero es gusto personal. La comunicación fue buena y atenta en todo momento, recomendado

Enjoyed our short stay. We were only there for one night to catch our flight home from Lima. Close to the airport, stunning sunset views and spacious, clean apartment.

I loved this Airbnb. It was centrally located. The building and building staff were nice and always willing to help. The views were great from the rooftop pool as well. The host was very responsive and the instructions were easy to follow. I loved how walkable everything was. It was about a 20 minute walk to the square in Barranco and about 30 mins walk to the ocean.

Außergewöhnlich!!! Da wir drei Jahre lang in Barranco gelebt haben, wissen wir, dass die Wohnung an einem der nettesten Plätze in Barranco liegt. Das Wohnen hat sich authentisch und nicht touristisch angefühlt, wofür wir sehr dankbar sind. Man hat von der Dachterrasse aus einen unglaublichen Rundumblick, sogar über Barranco hinaus, das ist toll. Und es gibt viele nette und interessante Orte in der Nähe, wie Museen und Restaurants, auch hübsche Läden. Julio ist hilfsbereit, freundlich, flexibel und entgegenkommend. Seine Wohnung hat es uns ermöglicht, uns in Barranco wieder wie zuhause zu fühlen!

El alojamiento es excelente, en una zona tranquila y con vista al mar. Muy cómodo y limpio. Yuly es muy atenta y amable, junto con Elissa, responden rápidamente a cualquier duda y pueden recomendarte buenos lugares para conocer; te hacen sentir muy cómodo durante tu estadía.

Loved my stay here! Right between Miraflores and Barranco, so everything was close by and walkable. Place was very clean, modern and had great views. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathroom large with lots of hot water and the washer/dryer was nice to have. Security staff was friendly and Julio was always quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

El departamento de Mila es excelente si quieres tener todo cerca. Me encantó que tenga estacionamiento y una recepción 24 horas. Volvería a quedarme aquí.

哎，一言难尽啊，第一次在爱彼迎平台预订公寓，结果因为漏水问题需要赔偿，2024年底的心情不太好了，在秘鲁也没心情游玩了，早日回国吧。

An immaculate apartment with a fantastic host... possibly one of the greatest air bnb's in all of Lima. It is incredibly spacious, with incredible views, and a true sense of interior design. Our Host Tere was always very responsive, even with somewhat trivial questions and problems, very professional and endearing. If you are a family or a group I 100% recommend it. It's literally on the edge of LarcoMar. 10/10
