We are very satisfied at Eladia’s place. It met all our needs from the bathroom portable water heater and a separate room for a washer to wash our clothes. That’s a must. It has 2 bedrooms that accommodated our family. The location is very close to a lot of good restaurants, hospital, grocery store and public transportation. It is also a safe place to walk around even at night time. Eladia is very considerate and thoughtful of our situation due to family emergency. She is also very approachable with the assistance of her caretaker of the place.

We had an amazing stay! Upon arriving, the place was neat and clean, and the location was convenient as it sits in the middle of establishments. The host was also very responsive and accommodating. She immediately attends to our needs. Overall, we were beyond satisfied with our stay. We will definitely come back soon. Kudos!

Absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt super cozy — exactly like the photos. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like drinking water, extra blankets, and especially all of the free amenities and free parking. The host was communicative, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. It honestly felt more like staying at a friend’s home than a rental. The location was perfect too — quiet at night but have everything I needed. I’d 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay. A real gem!

Nestor is friendly and meticulously gave us an orientation of his place. We enjoyed the night market and food trucks in the neighbourhood. Shang and Megamall are within walking distance and big dog friendly. The condo is also big dog friendly which is kinda rare in the neighbourhood. Thank you for letting us stay! We had a good time!

The quiet neighborhood adds to the charm, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Marylou herself is a true gem. Warm, welcoming, and full of that "cool mom" vibe we’ve come to love. She always greets me and my wife with genuine laughter and joy, and her communication is top-notch—detailed, prompt, and thoughtful. What more could you ask for? A fantastic place and an amazing host. Definitely a 10/10 experience. No wonder we’ve booked here three times already—and it certainly won’t be the last. This is our go-to spot whenever we need a quick escape from reality. Highly recommended!

Patrick was a very accomodating host and the property was able to accomodate our team building participants. Kitchen and bathroom supplies are complete and the pool was clean and refreshing. The property was accessible and there's plenty of convenience stores nearby. Definitely a quick getaway in the middle of the metro!

We needed a place to stay that is nice but not so expensive that is near Philippine Arena. we are staying for the weekend to attend a 2-day concert and this place is perfect. so for concert goers, choose this place!

But when I came across Carlo and Patricia’s listing, it just felt right. I was on a budget, but the place looked great and seemed totally worth it. I booked right away, and I’m so glad I did. The space was super comfy, very clean, and smelled really nice. Everything was just as described (or better!). They had everything I needed, especially in the kitchen, all the tools and utensils were clean and complete, which I really appreciated. Carlo and Patricia were both so kind and easy to talk to. They made me feel very welcome and at ease throughout my stay. Honestly, they’ve set the bar high, I’d love to stay at Cinema 27 again next time I travel. Can’t wait! ☺️🫶🏻

Hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. The unit was clean. Just a quick 10 to 12-minute drive to BGC and Venice Grand Canal Mall. There’s also a mall within the property, so everything you need is super convenient. Would recommend.
