We had an amazing 2-night stay! The location was perfect, with many stores and great restaurants nearby. The place is safe, and I was able to run around the neighborhood. The house is impeccably clean with almost of the things we need. I'm a coffee lover, suggest providing a coffee maker :)

Patrick was a very accomodating host and the property was able to accomodate our team building participants. Kitchen and bathroom supplies are complete and the pool was clean and refreshing. The property was accessible and there's plenty of convenience stores nearby. Definitely a quick getaway in the middle of the metro!

My family and I had a great time at Balai Pandi. We loved that the place allowed our fur babies to come along with us. They were allowed to freely roam the property and swim in the pool. Ate Kim and Kuya JR both made sure that we were comfortable and were on call in case we needed refills for things like toilet paper, dishwashing soap, and trash bags. The place itself is very spacious and it had everything we needed for a relaxing staycation. Only negative thing is that the kitchen was not very clean when we arrived, especially the refrigerator and freezer. The freezer was lined with dirty ice and a used spoon stuck into it. However, we were able to make do by lining the freezer with plastic bags so that we can store our food & ice. I would also suggest bringing insect repellent or bug spray, especially if you intend to hang out in the outdoor area throughout the day. Overall, we had a lovely stay in Balai Pandi and would love to come back for our next family staycat

The location is 8mins away from SM Aura and all other major spots in BGC. It was tucked in a gated community in a quiet neighborhood. The house is quite new and everything in it. Love the kitchen utensils and cutleries, the cute accessories and decoration at the toilet, the modern lamps are tasteful and the TV is huge. I also love the mechanisms on the sliding doors, it slides smooth. All in all its one of the best place we’ve stayed in Manila, so i highly recommend it.

The place is great. My cousins and I enjoyed our stay there. The place is easy to find and the community is a guarded area. Nakakatuwa pa kasi the place is complete. Kumpleto sa pang luto, mag mga plates, glasses, and utensils, knives… highly recommended.

We had fun staying at their place and our kids enjoyed swimming all day. Note that there is an extra charge if you’ll use their full amenities (dipping pool).

The host was responsive and gave clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The location was secured and peaceful. Great neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We arrived at a clean house, the caretakers were nice and made sure we have what we need before they left. Bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen were all clean and ready to use. We had more than our moneys worth!

Staying at Loida’s place was really convenient and made our wedding prep easy and beautiful. The old house is well maintained and has a very homey vibe. The French windows and doors, the garden and the interiors of the house made it feel like home. The stay was comfortable with the ACU installed in the ground floor and each of the bedrooms. The host was also very sweet and thoughtful, who welcomed us with a gift for our wedding. The caretakers are also very kind and always ready to help. Almost like having your own grandma around. the unit it self is really nice each room have ac . nice and quiet. spacious! bed are so comfortable linen are nice clean . smells nice and soft . and towels. lots of shops around. and Robinson mall just 5 minutes walk. I love the big TV. and the view from the window the pasig river just stunning. just need Lundy room washing machine. yes I would recommend this place .and definitely would stay again.

The place was super spacious. Perfect for parties and hanging out with family and friends! 😊 We had a blast with the karaoke too. The rooms were clean and cozy. The only thing was a few ‘unwanted guests’ flying around outside at night lol, but overall, everything was awesome. Thanks Sir Mark!

Although we really enjoyed our stay, I’d like to share some points for future guests to consider: Cons: - The place is not accessible by public transportation, so having your own vehicle or arranged transport is a must. - Pool access requires a ₱200 fee and is not included in the amenities. It also needs to be scheduled with the host to ensure availability. That said, the overall experience was great! The place is well-equipped with complete kitchenware and other essentials. It's super quiet and feels very secure—we even took a walk at night without any worries. The host was also very considerate and allowed us to extend our checkout by an hour while we waited for our driver. For the price, it’s absolutely worth it! ❤️ Thank you, Ma’am Betty and Sir Mark!
