The apartment is in a very quiet area less than three kilometers from the center. Within walking distance there is a Famila supermarket. Almost downstairs from the property there is a pizza restaurant and always not far away there is a very good A restaurant where I always go very willingly. Adjacent to the house there is a garden with a children's playground, a soccer field, and a basketball court. There are also the Mantua hospital and San Clemente hospital nearby Green Park Diagnostic Center

A large open space of 300 sqm, obtained from an ancient 18th-century stable that is part of the historic Palazzo Secco Pastore from the second half of the 15th century. Loft with large windows overlooking the porch (300 sqm) and the park enclosed by ancient walls. I furnished it with passion, creating a mix of various eras, thus obtaining an original, welcoming and comfortable style. A space deliberately out of time! L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.
