Iris's house isn't big, it's huge! The photos don't capture how large and open the space is. Nature constantly surrounds you and helps you relax. The pool is an ideal escape from the heat of Tarapoto. It is very close to shops and supermarkets and is quickly connected to transportation. We didn't have internet the first day due to external issues, but Iris really did her best and got us connected as soon as possible. I totally recommend the house and the hosting by Iris if you go to Tarapoto

Marilu's house is very nice and cozy, it has everything you need to make your family stay pleasant, it also has a large terrace to have the cool in the afternoon and if you dare, you can have a grill. It is very close to the city center and any questions you have Marilu helps you, I can say that she is a good host.

I visited this incredible Airbnb with my family, and we were absolutely blown away by the experience! From the very beginning, communication was flawless—friendly, prompt, and so helpful. They guided us all the way to the property and welcomed us with such warmth that we instantly felt at home. The place itself is a peaceful haven—beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. You can really tell that so much care and thought has gone into every single detail. Honestly, the photos don’t come close to capturing how stunning it is in real life! The staff were beyond wonderful—genuinely kind, attentive, and always eager to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made our stay feel truly special. We left feeling incredibly grateful and are already looking forward to coming back and spending even more time here. Thank you so much for everything—you made our trip unforgettable. I stay on Christmas night 2023 with my family, the stay was very nice, they have a lot of attention to detail, the place is clean, they have air conditioning in all the rooms, we had nice moments as a family, I recommend it:).

From the beginning, Alberto communicated with us at all times to make sure our stay was enjoyable. He even sent someone to guide us to the property as we were arriving at night. The house has incredible views and is very comfortable and cozy. We look forward to returning soon. Highly recommended.

Nice apartment, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. As shown in the photos, the place was impeccable, comfortable and in a good location. Everything was clean, tidy and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The hosts are very attentive and willing to help me by being flexible with the check-out. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Tarapoto. I highly recommend it!

Extraordinary! It's just as described. The host had very good communication. The house simply had everything you needed and more! We didn't need anything, we had everything at our disposal, condiments, oil, gas, ice. Very comfortable and very clean, it was a great choice. Many thanks to Carlos and the young man who picked us up from the airport, that was also a great plus. We'd definitely be back.

Excellent welcome, very attentive at all times, the. Beautiful apartment and very clean! We were greeted with all the comforts and guided us if we needed anything, I am very grateful that I take my older adult popes and they felt very comfortable!! The air conditioner saves us from the rich heat of the jungle! There is a flea market nearby! I already know where to return when I get to Yurimaguas!
