Vacation rentals with a patio in San Martin

An unusual place, spacious with great views, but there is noise from the street and the motorcycle dealer across the street. The AC works great, it's close to some good restaurants, a short tukuk ride from the airport. Recommended for a long layover.

Excellent, very friendly host, communicative, beautiful apartment, modern, clean and with a nice view.. the only thing that could improve this excellent Airbnb would be hot water for the jacuzi, I charm 5 stars

The place is 10 out of 10, quiet, cool and in a great location.The host is very flexible with guests, and very friendly. Regarding the house, everything tidy and clean, I totally recommend it. I will be back soon.

Luis was very attentive and responsive, he made it easy to check in and check out. The house is very comfortable and on a quiet street but close to anything you might want to do in tarapoto.

Lilian is an excellent host, the apartment has everything you need, it was very clean and tidy, it also has air conditioning, ideal for stays in Tarapoto, I would definitely come back.

Our stay in Pucaquiro wasi was exceptional. The facilities were spotless, very comfortable. The abundant and high quality services, and the treatment of Lupe and Juan was unbeatable. They even waited for us with 3 papayas and a plug adaptor so we can charge nuestos cellular. Thank you!! We felt really well cared for and every detail exceeded our expectations. Waw! This is every digital nomad's dream! An office with a great view, tropical climate, swimming pool, plenty of space and different ambients. As hosts they thought of everything and went well out of their way to ensure that we had everything we desired. The only thing I regret is not staying longer! I'll be back!

We stayed at Kevin’s house, and it was absolutely worth it! He welcomed us with warmth and kindness, making us feel right at home. We spent a peaceful night chatting on a small terrace that felt cozy and familiar. We really enjoyed the connection with nature, it truly felt like we were living as locals among our neighbors! We took a walk to grab a light dinner, far from the touristy areas, and that experience was unique. It gave us a real taste of local life in Sauce, and we loved it! I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a warm, welcoming stay that makes you feel like a local. This is exactly where you need to be!
