Excellent!!, the room is much better than the pictures because it is newly remodeled and very clean. I would recommend updating the photos in the listing. The response time is very good, always attentive, very kind at all times. The distance to the archaeological zone is 5 minutes and 3 minutes from downtown San Martin from the pyramids. It is easily accessible and matches the location of the app. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back, congratulations on the service! 👍

The place is perfect in every way. It's a whole apartment with all the amenities, clean beds with a good mattress, a dining room in perfect condition, the kitchen has all the necessary basic implements, (fridge, stove, microwave, dishes, cutlery), it has TV, Internet, sound and a very organized bathroom with clean towels that smelled very good! The parking lot is spacious and free to use. Mr. Alejandro was always in touch, he is very kind and very willing to help us, we felt right at home !!!

The stay was comfortable, the place is warm, very quiet to rest and sleep well. The airport is close as well as the Archaeological Zone of Teotihuacán.

The accommodation is great for resting, everything is very clean, tidy and impeccable. The beds are very comfortable, it has a very complete kitchen. There is a lot of privacy and the area is very quiet, it has local shops very close by. I would definitely stay there again.

Everything was great. The house is very spacious, that's great. At all times there was good communication and although it is in a secluded place, it is close to downtown, close to tourist spots and there are many restaurants in the vicinity, but I do recommend having a car

In general, the accommodation works very well if you're traveling with a group of friends and looking for a place to spend the night. If your intention is to enjoy a more comfortable experience, with luxury and everything you need for cooking, I recommend bringing your own utensils, as the place is not fully equipped in that regard. What is most appreciated is the privacy and independence it offers. Unlike other accommodations with many restrictions, here you can feel more free to organize your stay at your own pace, without that meaning it is a permissive or neglected space. You can come and go as you please, and that's not a problem. Of course, it's important to note that it's a property under construction, so some areas are still in the rough. There are also insects, which can be a bit uncomfortable. Also, it's not that close to the center if you plan to walk, although if you go by car, that makes things a lot easier.

Thank you for your hospitality on such short notice. There was plenty of room for our entire family of 11. We loved the walk and our adventure at the pyramids of Teotihuacan!

We had a fantastic time at this sweet apartment in the lovely neighborhood of Condesa. I fell in love with the walk around Parque Mexico (especially on Avenida Amsterdam) and the area is very central for getting around. Nicholas and Sandra were very accommodating regarding our toddler, leaving a travel crib and high chair in the apartment for us, which was perfect for our needs. I know previous posts had mentioned issues with the hot water but we didn't have any problems, and the filtered tap water was a great bonus. Our only small issue was the wifi cutting in and out a little bit, which may be something to consider if you are working remotely. Overall, a wonderful deal in a wonderful neighborhood.

Such amazing views! Watching the sunrise each morning on the terrace was truly magical. Great location with many food spots and grocery options nearby. Transit stations are short walks away. Very comfortable for the 6 of us.

Alec was very responsive. Great communication and very accommodating. The location was perfect and easy to get to. So many great restaurants and cafes all within a few blocks. Very walkable to everything. I was able to work remote with no issues with the Internet or connectivity. I will most definitely be back.

A more than excellent place to stay. It's very spacious and quite comfortable, so much so that we didn't even want to leave. The doorman is a very friendly person and you never feel unsafe. I would definitely choose this airbnb again
